Now heaters can u say bodybuilders are weak after watching the damn vid
Definitely not weak but not as strong as they could be for their size. It's a fact. They train for mass - strength training is different.
Im 150 lbs and curl way more than him so yeah lol
such a big guy and yet so weak..... are these his last 10 of a 10 X 10 set ? maybe just a beginner
Correct mate, never trained before, this was my first ever set of anything.
I can do this at 73kg bodyweight (cheat curl sort of lol) for 6 reps
You can't do at 73 body weight......
If u can, u are amazing seriously, please make a video
I have done at 70 kg body weight and i am not lying

Not sure tbh mate, this video is about ten years old though. I’ll see what I can do this week.
My Best is 60kg for 10 reps at 52.9kg bodyweight
I got 15 reps with ease, no steroids no supplements straight raw power
That's not a strict curl. Any biceps curl outside the strict curl are useless for biceps build but they will help in building The biceps curl accessory muscles for future ability to stabilize The arm for a heavier strict biceps curl . So, non strict curls are for preparatory purpose ( preparatory training) towards The strict curl and shouldn't have been shown here.
you just sounds jelaous man, stop it
@@Wreoyu well, i curl more than 60kg
@@josephujiadughele6035 slow clap
@@Wreoyu he swings his body man. Body is meant to be fixed. But, it's still a good curl
Shut up dude, i curl like this and i probably habe bigger arms than you
Mal hecho el ejercicio. No tenes que impulsarte con el cuerpo. Solo se flexiona los brazos. No todo el cuerpo
I can do 80kgs for 92 reps
good job guy, but try 70KG, OK and tell me what's up
That form 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
