@crimdell5 жыл бұрын
@Peter Michalski You probably got that from internet like 80 pourcent of people saying that. Inform yourself pal. I am not saying it as a diss but more as a suggestion. Most people say that because one guy, marechal petain the guy who surrend france to save his rat ass ( by the way the guy is consider the biggest traitor in French history) Mostly people saying that are from the US. Even if somehow Petain surrend, because of the enormous difference between two forces after UK pulled back up north and justify his decision by saying the defeat in Paris would have been inevitable, i avoid a blood bath, people didnt wanted to surrender. In fact, half France was still "nazi free zone" France soldiers did not stop there. As of 1940 they were more than 550 000 french soldiers taking weapons up how they could. By destroying what they coudnt take, or by getting as much information possible to the allies. For example, at the Battle of Gembloux - May 14-15, 1940 - elements of the French First Army checked the vaunted German “Blitzkrieg” and won enough time for their comrades and allies to withdraw. Without such tenacious rearguard actions, there would have been no “Miracle of Dunkirk” and the war might have been different. Of course none of us is saying the US didnt had a major role in the war, because of course it has. But please, dont piss on the memory of all those who fought the nazis, by considering the whole army as surrending cheese eaters. Us movies dont all show this side of history, i get it but still. Have a nice day.

@ardvarkkkkk14 жыл бұрын
@@scottymorgan7868 Kind of wrong but i get it. Where you mistaken is = the battle of dunkirk took place in 1940. The US army came in 1944. It wasn't a retreat from France, in fact they gattered troops there in order to give time to the british escape. Check out Wikipedia for it, it might actually explain pretty much how the german took Paris. To quote Wikipedia, France sended around 120 000 soldiers there, where around 20 000 were killed, 35 000 captured as they hold the position as much as they could, the rest got on the ships after evacuating the british as they were nothing left of the city. (dunkirk was 90 percent destroyed after that battle). Few hours after the French troops return to France with some divisions, but didnt manage to get close to Paris in Time, just a few days later, the german entered paris. Dunkirk was a major loss as a lot of supplies were lost there. In fact lots of people think the problem was the decision of sending that much troops in one front. The rest of it is pretty much everything you know. In case i want to mention = im not trying to be a smart ass or nothing, but just to say there is more to it, read about it on wikipedia it's pretty damn interesting.

It was a job that needed to be done, however, it was also fun target practice, I am willing to admit I enjoyed it. If that makes me a sicko, then so be it - at least I am honest about it. I am pretty sure I'd enjoy doing so again, despite being a 59 yr old granny. Then again, I enjoy the sport of shooting. Rats and mice are they only creature that I've shot and have NOT eaten. For all other hunting, I follow the rule that if you shoot it, you eat it, with the exception of rats and mice! LOL Love game meats of all sorts and never have felt bad about hunting game and eating game.

Find them anywhere in suburbia where there`s food trash,but under the firearms act in UK,you`re not permitted to use an airgun within about 50ft of a public road/ thoroughfare,when I last checked.Armed police may take an interest if you are reported by the public in suburbia.Rats live in cavities of buildings and under concrete foundations.We used to go ratting at a local sewerage point in Oldham years ago,long before this brilliant kit was available.More recently I watched a farmer smoke them out of embankments with a two-stroke strimmer exhaust,while his mates tried not to shoot each other`s feet off with 12-bores,haha

I wish I could do this for at least an hour a day. You know with the stress and all
Pete Holmes this reminds me of the hours I spent as a youth on the hog farm. I was 13 or 14 and I had a single shot .22 rifle. The rats would accommodate me as they ran across the top of the fences. It was a great exercise back then and help me easily attained Navy rifle EXPERT when I joined up later. But you’re right, I wish I had someplace I could go do this now that I’m 72 years old.
Nothing like a little range time to relax.

They're so dramatic. They are like French soccer players, flopping around like that.
More like neymar
@@DarthCzAr720 Ya while your people where too worried about retreating we stormed Normandy and did want you Frenchy's could not do beat the Germans. While the Russians Destroyed the Nazis
@@scottymorgan7868 Everyone likes to talk shit about the french but remember, if it weren't for them, the US probably wouldn't be.

If rats have no food and water for a cuple of days and one of them dies, the other rats starts eating their died buddy. I saw this with my own eyes when the owner of the rats in a cage did not care about his animals.
Loved the shot at 4:57... through that tiny little triangle formed by the tires.

I enjoyed this, you are a damned good shot. I remember shooting rats on a chicken farm when I was much much younger.

+John Jaeger in the countryside would be better on farms etc
How much does it cost ya?
