In order to consider your steak marinade you need to make or buy some marinade and then out it in the fridge for 30 mins to 24 hrs.. your steak is considered bland.
This is one of the most anti-clickbate, no nonsense and straight to the point vids I've seen on here in a very long time. Great job dude.

I bought this air fryer Sept 2023 and started using it right away, with trepidation at first, having never owned one before kzhead.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . But I started trying the different settings and yes, I burned a few things at first until I got the hang of it, and have loved using it ever since I got it. For a single person, cooking smaller-scale meals is great while avoiding heating up a whole oven. The only downside to this air fryer is that the buttons are finicky since they're touch-based and the sensors are weird. I'd buy this thing again if I needed to, but at this point (if I don't jinx myself) I won't have to for a while to come.
this is one the one I have now. Its pretty big amzn.to/3scGsz9

I know it’s a little late on the comment section but you need to pre-heat your air fryer 400° for five minutes without the steak in it. when you place the steak it gives it a sizzle and a seat then cook a steak at 400. If you want a medium to medium rare eight minutes take it out after four, flip it and do the other four Hope that helps
Thank you for the tips!
Good point! It's always good to sear a steak first, to lock in the juices.
How does one pre-heat the air fryer ?
@@rositaortega5256 choose a preset with nothing, 3-5 minutes at 350-400 degrees in in the basket

Never thought about doing a steak in there. Thanks for the video! Also, if you like, you could always sear it in a pan for a minute on both sides after you pull it out of the air fryer.
Yep. That’s what I’ve started doing. Works well
But if you have to sear it in frying pan you may as well just finish it in the frying pan anyways.
I always pre heat my air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes and season my steak before putting it in with Montreal Steak seasoning
sounds good!
Montreal steak seasoning is my absolute favorite!
Probably quicker to just use a frypan on the stove
Montréal is a trash city.
If you want a tender steak. Soak in some baking soda and water for 15 minutes 🙃
Kosher salt and course ground black pepper all you need. Also let it sit out for a while a cold steak is a tough steak

Good video. I've cooked ribeyes in my air fryer. Once I figured out how long to cook them depending on thickness (I prefer 1.5-2" thick steaks med-rare at the most), they alway come out great! Just need to add some salt, black pepper, and garlic powder before cooking. A good steak needs no other seasoning or sauce added, although I love the taste of A1 sauce, so I put a little on the side to dip into when I want some.
That sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing
Great easy video, and agree with all these ingrdiants, exactly what I use!

I air fried my steak tonight with my cosori. I usually like my steak medium. I would say preheat 400 for 5 min. Cook for 8 min total, flip and rotate at the 4 min mark. Let it rest for 4 minutes before cutting/eating. I cooked for 12 minutes and it was too done, but I ate it.
I’m going to try that next time. Thanks for commenting
Was the steak really done? I would think that meat such as steak would require a tad more minutes to cook unless you like it a little tough and chewy.
Can you tell me if cosori has a stainless steel basket?
I cook steaks in my air fryer all the time and I preheat it for 10 minutes at 380. It works great.

Thanks for the review. I also wonder if you should leave the steak 🥩 covered in a pot, immediately right out of the air fryer for only 5ninutes to help the meat retain the juices. Just like is done right after taking it out of a grill and keeping the meat covered in a pot for a few minutes so the meat wont be dry????
