I didn't see anyone talking about eren's letter to mikasa... but it's a small detail, which for me made all the emotional difference in this work, really, deep down, I believe that eren loves mikasa, and that he is facing the world for she is by armin, although her psychological is being controlled by the memories of eren kruger, again, this letter to me, gave more emotion and love to this lo-fi, a big hug from Brazil, I love your work so much, you are mine favorite musician note: i was listening to traitor's requiem x jolyne's theme when i got the notification

Man, i just cried when I saw that letter on the corner of the background image. People can say that SnK ending is bad, but im happy - because that ending gave us the truth -, that showed us Eren on his own purity. The author didnt changed Eren mind just for a "perfect, impactant and different ending". We had a weak Eren, that loved his friends as a family, and gave his life to give a freedom that he didnt had for the others, even the ones who hated him.
I agree but love doesn't make you weak, if anything it makes you strong. It showed us the human side of him, that's he's not just a mindless monster. He's still the eren we loved. what he did was technically a sacrifice as well and makes his character all the more deep and complex

Ahaha, it's hard to make out here on a smaller screen, but I was able to read enough of that background letter to see that it's a love letter to Mikasa. X,-D Clever touch. 😆👌 And I enjoy the idea of his just writing "Tatakae" over and over in that journal to try and focus or motivate himself, ha.
I just thought of something really funny. So if we pretend this video is canon to Attack on Titan chronologically it likely happened between the "tatakae" scene and the Jaegerists uprising/table scene. Now imagine Eren's cell is left exactly as is, he tells Mikasa he hates her, the gang gets thrown in his cell and then: Mikasa: "Does he really hate us Armin?" Everyone other then Armin and Mikasa: *Sees the obvious picture of Mikasa on the wall.* Armin: "Normally I'd say no, but honestly he's been acting so differently recently that it's hard to say." Jean: "Uh, should we tell em?" Mikasa: "But if he's lying why on Earth would he do it?" Connie: *Rips the poem off the wall and reads it.* "Damn I didn't know Jaeger could even write much less make poetry this romantic." Armin: "I'm sorry Mikasa, I just don't know..." *They both continue dramatically angsting.* Connie: "They're never going to figure out huh?" Jean: "I bet we die here before they do yeah."
