  • So I was thinking parkour would be interesting, fun and a good workout, so I'll check out some videos to see how to start getting involved. Now I'm thinking I'll stick to watching videos of parkour. Those are some nasty falls. It reminded me of some falls I had when younger, when the wind gets knocked out of you, or the intense pain of smashing some part of my body.
