    • No, Refraction happens only when the quantity of the water is half, in that video the quantity of the water is full so it won't refract

  • The thing which is shown in 2:47 is Done in this way : 👇 Take a glass and put it on a table then behind the glass put a candle which is lightened and then put water in the glass, so that the candle will not be put out the candle fire.
