  • They should really add first aid to the school curriculum. It should go over pretty much everything in first aid, from dealing with a minor cut, to cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

    • I recall getting quite in-depth first aid training in school, provided by St John Ambulance. I suppose it's likely a funding problem now, as the equipment used can be quite expensive.

    • I agree!! ALL primary schools should be teaching first aid,so then as children grow up,they develop a better understanding of it all.

    • if ur in an anatomy/physiology class or health science class in high school they do teach first aid including cpr, i finished my cpr test earlier this week :)

    • From the British Red Cross' website: "This helps prevent infection by keeping the area clean. Cling film or plastic won’t stick to the burn and will reduce pain by keeping air from the skin’s surface."
