I'm glad you did do that hoof. That one looks exactly like the one I'm trying to repair. Turned out sidewall blow out, hole in the sole. On a 5 year old weathered boar goat.

Oh, now I want one! After fighting with ALL of the goats on feet, and probably doing more damage than good, I think this would be a big help in keeping feet level and open enough.

Now that you've been using the hoof boss a couple years, how much life do you get out of the abrasive discs, and how long does one battery usually last you?
The I have never had to replace a disk the one I use the most is the chainsaw disk I have like 3-4 but the kit I got came with a sharpener to keep them working good I get 4-5 goats every time I sharpen it. I have never killed a battery but I do have the bigger ones and the most I do is like 10-15 at a time. If you decide to get one use clearcreek at checkout and save

Well, I am almost 3 minutes in and have a good view of his croc but not the goats foot. Hoping we will get footage of trimming in a little bit. Lol
Hoofs looked way better after the corrective trimming.
Do you think an angle grinder works just as well as the hoof boss?
For me my biggest problem is being it’s so much heavier
