Jason (Will Ferrell) doesn't react well to his co-workers' (Chris Redd, Heidi Gardner, Alex Moffat, Cecily Strong) teasing.

*makes one awkward mistake* "I'm off to find a new life" so me
I'm the 400th like😜
Me too, like twice a week.
If that actually is you... that I'm kinda glad, that I don't know you..
@@Janinho897 fuck off tard
@@Deleralia ok boomer
I love Wills portrayal of the “victim” personality that lashes out, out of hurt and in confused, insulting ways.
BIG TIME STUFF
i died laughing at the part where he's like "i said ok"
Yes, he is like that.
Nah, He's not like that.
Hahahaha
Waiting for him to say "You do NOT talk to me like that! I drive a DODGE STRATUS!"
Hahahaha...Love that one
He could have also shouted "YOU do Not give me ANY advice!"
Big time stuff!
lmao
Jama Thaughn the 2019 Dodge Stratus monetized this video
I'm ashamed to admit that Will Ferrell's character in this sketch was basically me all through middle school. Especially that part with the water cooler.
High school for me.
Embrace it my fine fellow former dweeb!
You were the CEO of a small business in Texas when you were in middle school?
What are you talking about that is me now.
on god this is still me when I’m real down bad
Everybody knows that person who can’t let shit go and makes everything about them in the most ABSURD way! Loved this.
hastag_greendrinkslex - This person gets it. Those who don't get it are suspect. 😐
This was amazing and so relatable 😂😂
Very much true
All of America knows this person now. Since 2016 anyway.
It was a perfect Trump impression and he didn't even have to do the voice
Will Ferrels back must hurt from how hard he had to carry this sketch
BOB money nobody else had funny lines...
Think that's the point mate
That's because all the other actors are supposed to feed Will the jokes. He's supposed to be the only funny on in the sketch.
He's been doing it throughout his whole career. He has a pretty strong back yo.
you know not every actor is supposed to be the center of attention for every sketch??
“...that was my daughter.” 😂😂😂😂
You're never gonna find your birth parents
Hey says to his wife 😂
This is me after making the smallest mistake at work
I wish you weren't a liar.
This is me when I was a kid and my parents “embarrassed” me... if I’m going down, I’m bringing everyone with me !
Rarely does Cecily Strong crack, but she must really love Will Ferrell because she tried so hard not to laugh during every sketch throughout this week’s episode.
Well, she just admitted she's married to him.
"I'm off to find a new life without ridicule." For some reason that resonated with me. Lol
Without ridicle. He said, ridicle instead of ridicule, but no one picked up on it.
I relate to this on an unhealthy level.
same 😵
Omg me too. I left 4 companies i started because i did something embarrassing at a meeting.
“ALLLLL of you are awful! This office is SOOO clicky.”
Lol.
Cliquey*
Does anyone else’s mom react like this way too much?
cassidy slusher 🙋🏻♀️Me! I’m going to be that mom😆 and I can’t wait to tell him he’s never going to find his birth parents 😅 Being a mom is so fun!
Hello beautiful
Oh stop it Cassidy! We all know you don't know your birth parents!
@@shadowxxrt Hey Babe.

Something tells me that the thing with the water was improvised
Lorne doesn't allow improv. Damon Wayans got fired for improvising.
@La Onda well you're wrong. Maybe some don't but I have one and I can assure you if I pull it off the water will start pouring out. It starts sealed until you put in on.
@La Onda WTF. Yes they do.
I agree it seemed improvised......or else Will is such a great actor that pulling the water jug off the cooler seemed so spur of the moment......like he just thought to do it when he was walking out. It was SO funny....and the pens ! Will had me laughing so hard !
@@muraddiab6393 Don't think that Lorne would be stupid enough to fire Will....he's not even a regular anymore. I think he was probably guest host this time. Lorne would be crazy to fire Will......what's he gonna do ? Stop the funniest guy in the cast from performing in the rest of the show ? Ya right. don't think so.
We all know people like Jason at the office...
Jen Talks Forever ...And that other one
I AM people like Jason at the office...
Jen Talks Forever ........or members of our family !
"Yes I can...and I'm taking all of the pens!" Super relatable!!!
I am so using "you're never gonna find your birth parents!" next time I make a mistake
Murad Diab I'm curious, have you used that line? ...or maybe you haven't made a mistake in the last 9 months 😝
Murad Diab Yeah, how bout you don’t. Do you have any idea how many people around you are either: Adopted or Birth parents or Adoptive parents? It’s a substantial number. Why is it, in this newly considerate world, that “adoption” is still okay to piss-talk about? How can there still be tv shows and movies where people say “Oh yeah? Well you’re adopted!” Try explaining that to your adopted daughter when they’re 8 years old!
Whip-Smart Outlook What a strange hill to die on.
EliasTheHunter What a strange way to perceive the hurt and frustration I feel that my adopted daughter has been put into awkward/tearful moments because “adoption” remains a comedic target.
Whip-Smart Outlook Adoption is not off-limits to comedy.
Basically every FB thread ever.
Recently, I was thrilled to find out that you can delete Facebook. You used to couldn't do that.
im happy to see that deangelo vickers finally woke up from his coma and went on to be the greatest boss ever
Quite a comeback after being the worst character ever
@@Sough sad to say i agree
Man, Ferrell carried this whole sketch. He was great.
I love how 92 % accurate this skit is in my office break room *LOLOLOL*
This sketch would have been nothing without Will. Edit: A lot of people keep saying, “Duh, he’s the main character,” so let me clarify. A lot of people would have struggled to carry this sketch as well as Will.
Patrick Hogan that's kinda the point
Exactly what I was thinking haha
Patrick Hogan ..True; with Will it was "nothing with Will".
@Witchytoe it really is.
Because he plays the main role, Captain Obvious..??
i do this with BED BATH AND BEYOND and BATH AND BODY WORKS.
Miko Philo Me too!
Plot twist: This is actually George W. Bush impersonating Will Ferrell and pursuing his love of sketch comedy.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't look at Will Ferrell without thinking he looks like GW Bush! 😅
Oooh, excuse me for making HONEST mistake thinking that this was Will Ferrell, geeezz, Im leaving.
😂😂😂😂💀💀💀 Im dead
That would be relatively hilarious
I have mad respect for how Will Ferrell owns his character even when it's for a 5-minute skit
But he's my husband and I love him. WHAT A TWIST!!
Would have been better if ended up being the CEO of that company.
lmao I said that out loud right before I saw your comment
I love Cecily, but her delivery on the line wasn't great. Should've been funnier than it played out...
@@cameronroy572 Believe it or not, my former CEO is exactly like this - he believes ages ago - people used to be Giants and we human beings became short because of eating burgers and friend chickens . I am not making this up.
Will is the greatest and I hope he doesn't die before elon musk invents immortality
Wassap tobuscus 2 years later hope u post again
Hey, it's that Trump supporting ra pist.
Wow, I found a Tobuscus in the wild =O
yeah, i want him to witness immortality but not necessarily experience it, too
yes, I agree: him and Larry David should live forever.
When we took the water.... 😂😂😂
I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS DAMMIT
This felt like such a classic SNL sketch...slightly awkward, over the top. It was definitely written for Will, although I was hoping he would've gone off the rails a bit more.
Such a good sketch. Taking what we all can do to some extent but completely blowing it up. Then the curve ball at the end! Kudos to the writers of this.
1:00 that was the most enthusiastic “I said ok” ever 😂
"Well guess what you're never going to find your birth parents" 😭😂😂😂
“You know what, you’re awful!” 🙄How many of us have wanted to say this to a couple-worker at some point! 😂😂
Deangelo Vickers
😂👍
1:53 Murray~
Joker at the Murray Franklin show be like 1:54
that's just DeAngelo Vickers leaving for dunder mifflin
When he messes up saying the line ”I didn’t mess anything up”
He ad-libbed that... the water cooler part 🤣🤣🤣 u can tell by the reaction on their faces cthu !! That's what makes a good comedian they know what's funny or over the top n ⭐Will Ferrell⭐ is definitely over the top lol. One of my favorite movie's: #STEPBROTHERS 🏆✨
I worked at a Cracker Barrel, they had a restaurant on one side and a decor side they sold pretty nice stuff to put in your place, pillows, candles, all that
This happened to me once when I was describing the plot of Citizen Kane, but kept calling it Schindler's List.
Can we take a moment to recognize how amazing Will Ferrell? 😂😂😂😂
He's so so so so so gooooood
This is so funny like the subtlety of his aggression is genius
I hit like when he said, "At least I know my birth parents" 🤣🤣
This and the new normal sketch with Bill Burr are hilarious. I love it when everyone moves on and then the character loudly justifies their mistake
I’ve seen this many times and I laugh 100 times harder than anything with the new cast on first viewing.
Excellent. Was not expecting that ending. Well done!
this and the reality tv star one have me rolling.. very good stuff
Did anyone noticed that he was doing Ross from friends?!!
Alshikh what? was that a joke or are you being serious
Ackshually he's doing Deangelo Vickers
This how Ross acts, though.
@@rickgodsey1325 a lot of people act this way..
" but know you now what I'm going through" lol.
This is so me unfortunately! Lol!
That had to be an improv ending, and it was the funniest part of the whole skit.
I relate to Will Ferrell's character. Seriously. I hate when I make a small mistake and everyone around me makes a huge deal and we can't move forward in the conversation
😂
Jason’s are the reason that I always stayed away from the crowd at work. So many Jason’s!
whys everyone hating this! I LOVED THIS!

Will !!! Please continue Evil Boss serial.
"I'm not from the South" is what you say to boost your own image on the northeast and west coasts.
This is me sometimes though
I drive a Dodge Stratus!!
the ending lol, will is a comic genius!
Will ferrel makes everything funny
Nicholas Worrell Uh, not? He lost it years ago if he ever had it at all.
“You just- you did it again”. Cecily lmaooo
2:28 "I didn't mess-mix anything up" as he mixes up his line
Anyone else got reminded of "Joker" 2019 during 1:53
Last fifteen seconds are the funniest
I never really understood the premise to this, but just about every SNL bit with Will in it is hilarious!
Its funny because Will Ferrell feels extreme shame for a mix-up that 99.9% of people dont think is a big deal, but he blows it out of proportional so much that he feels the need to suddenly throw huge insults at people he was friends with a minute ago, and is willing to drastically change his life by quitting when its totally unnecessary.
Reminds me of Ross lmaooooo
This is your company you're our boss! Haha!
All he needed was a call from his friend “Beverly”
When you talk to your coworkers, and get annoyed that they corrected you on something...
There is no one like Will Ferrell. "I'm in a glass case of emotion"! Stay Classy San Diego!
"It's so damn hot! Milk was a bad choice." Still gets me every time.
🤣🤣🤣🤣what a SOB!!!
Will is such a genius. He can make something out of nothing
I thought this was fine and good, but not great. I think it's just that Will Ferrell is funny no matter what he's doing.
Love watching these on KZhead don't have to wait and stay up late just to watch one skit and 5 min of commercials
I’m obsessed with every line in this sketch
When he started talking about the South I thought of Deangelo from The Office
Did the water leaking near the end stress anyone else out?
Yeah, it's an aging thing because when I watched that I winced because someone has to go clean that up
Yes! I was like someone’s gonna have to clean that up! Lol and they’re gonna have to use that set later. well, unless this was at the end of the episode but still
I think it was improved too lol
I did read that the boss went on to play cow bell in Blue Oyster Cult.
"I quit!" "This is your company."
Heidi Gardner is my favorite new person
She's a great addition I wonder if she writes own material or creates characters like McKinnon
Pretty similar to College Humor's "Girl Who Can't Let Things Go" sketch this week...
Will Farrell's character probably comes into work on Monday talking about this fun new catchphrase he learned from church, "let's go Bradley."
" now you know what's it's like to have a mix up.." LOL nothing to do with the prob
hey writers, the "he's my husband and I love him" part killed the end of an otherwise successful skit imo
It is not uncommon for the final line to be the most lame in these SNL skits.
Jake Sikich went on too long, side tracked from the story and ruined characters. Rian? Is that you?
moiraine_damodred I agree that was lame
Kris Minnear same in key & peele sketches
Kyland Young the cunnilingus class skit was ruined by the end
This skit actually had me laughing like a lunatic. It's just so funny! I wasn't too happy with any of the other skits, aside from Reality House which is always great, but this one was great!
I Was waiting for the trident to come out !
I once mispronounced the Czech Republic. I said zech (Ch as in children). I wanted to quit there and then. And then the next day I managed to bring it up again to redeem myself. 😂

What's crazy is that I know someone EXACTLY like this Will Ferrell character. It's a personality disorder. The inability to admit mistakes and move on. The "Woe is me" personality laying on the guilt trips. This sketch is to real.
I love that the image of the office is in the Pioneer Square area of Seattle. You can see the Columbia tower in the background.
This one's a knock out! 😂 I have known multiple people exactly like this
I felt sad when all the water spilled on to the floor.
Cecily is hard to break but will does it almost every time lol
LMAOOO the water jug 😂😂😂
He’s such a good actor, one of my favorites
