I saw reforger had a Vietnam map with assets it looked fucking beautiful
God damn thats intense. How do you stalk and meet the enemy in this though? Is it by pure chance or are there objectives set on the map?
I really need to figure out how to get on that server. I'd have a field day doing small squad tactics outflanking and doing diversion attacks.

Isn’t marking on map for all squads basically like giving you comms? Not direct comms but how would another squad get the map update?
Markings on the map are "global" per side. So for OPFOR if someone marks something, the other OPFOR players can see it....same with BLUEFOR maps. However bluefor can not see opfor markings and vise versa. There is mods to transfer another teams map markers to your teams maps but we don't have it in this server. So even if someone picked up our OPFOR maps we have code I mthat the maps will always show that players teams markers only. As for why do it...its pretty cheese yeah we didn't do it to often.... 😅

Looks like a fun game. No reason they couldn’t put in the ability to set boobytraps considering it was such a big player in Vietnam. They used to use several methods to set traps on LZs Would help to study some actual doctrine on conducting an ambush too. Setting off with explosives, waiting for helicopter to come in, at 20 seconds we throw grenades and get out, etc etc
You can set booby traps, and there's a lot of options.

Ragdolls are fixable by mods, anyways this game graphic engine is awfully old, hope to see arma 4 soon

We run Liberation game mode and after ever map completion we make any changes to mods and roll out the next map. This footage is like half a year old, so we're back in modern era right now but maybe soon we will be back in Vietnam.

The only thing I hate is how the AI, I swear on my life, eat rounds like the hulk. Sometimes I see 20 or more blood splatters and they still runnin n gunnin. Maybe i dont understand the damage system, but if im using 556, regardless what ever armor he has.... thats crazy

Live 24/7 server running the Liberation game mode. Basically it's a large map with 50-100 points for BLUEFOR to capture and KOGFOR/opfor hops in periodically to oppose the bluefor to add dynamic and realistic engagements.

Alright alright alright, great to see ya back doing Arma3 vids. I imagine being a Professional KZheadr you gotta do other things to keep the vultures happy, but Ngl, I’ve watched your other gaming vids and nothing compares. So I’ve been wanting to ask some questions for awhile now, like is there a international tournament, where hypothetically, Chinese, Ruskies, and the rest would be on the same server as yall or whomever? I know Liru runs some different nationalities I think, but don’t think I’ve seen everybody in one scenario. I’ve never played Arma, I’m too damn old, will be 50 in May, and with family and work, I barely have enough time to shift my left nutsack let alone buy and learn a game as in depth as Arma. But god damn if I don’t catch myself watching these videos late at night, or on a Sunday or something. The missions and cinematic editing, the incredible teamwork, tactics strategies, all of it is intoxicating to be honest. I’m a big fan of Drewskis, one because I’m also a Texan (Hook’em Horns 🤘🏼btw), the Operator describes him well as every freaking game or vehicle I’ve seen him in or use, the dude seems to easily assimilate and then dominate. Plus, that dude is so damn nice online it seems. Unless it’s all a front for the YT lol. Also a big fan of Dslyecxi’s and Shack Tac. MGBait, Crane, and the rest of those guys are fun to watch and imo put on a clinic of how to run large ops. I have no idea if they run difficulty levels different from yall or anything, but imo, their comms are top of the list in game. Just smooth rarely if ever panicked, pretty cool to watch. I asked him one time why I don’t see him and the crew, collab with you and Fu and Drew. He like took a little chunk outta my hide, exclaiming he didn’t give a sh*t about being a KZheadr. Which confused me at first considering his tenure on the platform. Honestly I think his “dick-ness” so to speak is hilarious mostly, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him chide anyone that wasn’t bunching up, or making water head call outs on comms lol, and have come to respect the dude really. Great teacher to new players. Anyways, I’m long texted, my apologies, but just gotta say one last thing. 1) Karma, your PvP videos over this past year, are hands down the dopest of any Arma vids I know of. Above and beyond, it’s like you Fu, Drew and the crew are Wayne Gretzky, and everyone else isn’t lol, but damn if I don’t want to see the ultimate dream team put together to go up against the rest of the worlds best in the greatest milsim competition of all time. There’s so many of yall that are freakin crazy badass at this game, I mean yall ever see Dslyecxi fly the lil bird? Or Stalker(Jester) start a round with 5 one shot one kills from 350 out with his assault rifle.. MoiDawg, all yall. We need the greatest promoter of all time Don “chingaling” King to put it together or something

Dude, you are sleeping on Reforger for so long now. There's full blown Ukraine-Russia war mods, looks insanely good and stable. I know reforger just 8 months or so ago wasn't anything special or stable enough, but man, it got so much work done on it in all faccets, it dwarfs Arma3 now. Can only imagine when Arma4 comes.....
