    • ​@Jojotheowl1 It is different, sure. As much of a good time as the liberation server is, I see so many guys just do stupid shit, die, then complain about it. Like yeah, no shit you died. You ran out to try and collect a casualty while being shot at by an entire VC platoon, dummy.

  • The whole disguising the gunfire with other shots, is truly an amazing skill. Utilized all over battlefields in the past as to deter what direction the fire came from... To see it utilized in game, is awesome. Being a Sharp-shooter is a skill...being a Sharp-shooter and masking you're shots into infantry fire is Absolutely Legend status and a whole other Skill in it's own. Love the videos my dude, keep up the awesome work!

  • When I played Post Scriptum as a sniper, I was so good that a server admin actually banned me from the server because they got too many complaints against me. I had recorded every kill to prove I was not hacking, eventually they just had enough and banned me. I was an amazing shot, and I ran out of ammo lots of times. There were a few times when I was relocating I'd have to use my sidearm, but I usually stayed in the same location for 4-5 kills.

  • If there's a binocular tool in inventory that would help you see further than the scope. Then you could choose targets more selectively

  • LOL...sniper takes like 30-40 shots before the tree line starts getting suppressed...in reality most snipers might get off 2, MAYBE 3 rounds at most before their direction is fixed and they start to receive suppressing fire

    • yeah, i noticed the same, he's acting like it's all realistic warfare, but the zoom in the game is so much easier than it would have been irl. when the sight zooms incredibly big on his huge screen, instead of a tiny lens somewhere on the gun... Also it's so easy to spot people in these bad graphics, and simple foliage...

    • ​@DrTheRich acting? My guy 😂 is his content, and no, duh it's arma 3. I Would say they could've chosen a better map to stage combat. But if the American side couldn't spot a sniper or find where the shots were coming from their just bad at the game. And that Arma 3 is Milsim it had no intentions of saying "Oh we are the most realistic game ever" it's a Simulator for a reason.

I also do competitive shooting at my local range for kicks with my family, and before you ask why, dose it matter so much to you. Most people can just go play or shoot IRL and learn for themselves.     • @Robert-hy3vv Also, 200 yards in the 60s, factoring in wind speed and other external conditions, was still a long shot on a moving target with basic crosshairs set up. Even with the best equipment at that time period, it is still a hard shot on fast-moving targets moving through thick jungle environments.

  • In reality you would be sniping with a bayonet on your rifle, the presence of a bayonet on any gun interrupts the spin of the bullet exiting the barrel which greatly reduces accuracy.

    • It's a mix of unsung mods and SOG on an Unsung map made with SOG assets.. we utilize both so you will see a mix of both firearm assets and vics
