Great stuff man, thanks for sharing :) developing the discipline to wait for candle closes was a massive turning point in my trading personally. I like that you mentioned that. Waiting for candle closes is essential for non-discretionary strategies. The amount of times I've had a SL nearly hit only to turn into a winner, all within the same candle, is ridiculous haha. Or much worse - entered a candlestick pattern setup that was valid at the time out of FOMO, but then closed invalid and I had to find a way to get out of a position I shouldn't be in. Stupid lol. Be patient young jedis! Never take profits early or close positions before they hit your SL or make rash decisions before candle closes, especially not for emotional reasons. I now have rules for everything, including strict rules for when I can break some rules lol. Anyway I love this style of trading, no indicators, no fluff, just basic but consistent technical analysis. Simple is always better with trading! Thanks again!

Hey there, can you explain what kind of back test you used that gave you the confidence to enter the trade? I'm asking because you didn't even waited for a retest or a significant candle. Cheers.
This is pure bullshit, first is the way he entered a long stop order near the previous high *high risk of being exposed to a volatility trap*, second is he is trading agains the higher trend from a higher time frame *there's no way you could predict that huge reversal*, third is since this is swing trading, you cannot trade this purely with technical analysis or price action *fundamental analysis is required on this one*
if there is high impact on that pairs. how to overcome it?
