If I take a CFP/CFA combo in 2021, I should be able to surprise myself with a million dollars in net worth by the next year if I just carefully follow Kevin S. Mikan's study and guidance. Becoming a good trade takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.
When did start finding consistency? ..and more honest question is how long would a rough expectation be to find consistency for a new day trader?

Okay but is not luck, is all about having good investment plans most of all trading with a trust worthy expert. My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless
The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading

Such a great video. A few points I would like to add. 1) one reason why price may get rejected at support level when there is multiple momentum candles is that all long positions will likely get liquidated during downtrend. Hence, there is no supply available when price goes up when demand emerges at support level. 2) when volume is low and price moves up with momentum, it is called ease of movement in Wyckoff terminology. This implies supply is exhausted and price can move with ease even on low volume. In this case, big players are already in the position and they don’t sell. Hence, price goes up on low demand 3) not all institutions are profitable in long run. Some will go out of business. Still, we need to follow the foot print of strong hands

I rode my crypto portfolio down from $78,000 to about $8,900 when the crypto market crashed and started the crypto winter and it made me sick when I cashed it out at a fraction of what I had, but I was worried about tax implications. I believe there have been a lot of wealth redistribution during this downturn if you know where to look, since Bloomberg and other finance media have been documenting stories of people making over $250k in a matter of weeks or couple months.
Hey mate, if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
If you lack market knowledge, the best course of action is to seek advice or assistance from a consultant or investing coach. Even though it may sound obvious or generic, speaking with a consultant has helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January. At the moment, I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business.

Does anyone think copy trading is still a thing? I know it made a lot of easy millionaires when it was a trend some years back. When it was made especially popular by the concept of social trading in Etoro, it got me wondering if this method still works. My portfolio is drifting terribly far from safe waters lately. I'm really looking for a lifeline
Why don't you use Etoro's social trading platform if you know about it already?
@@illy8285 I tried it and I do have my regrets. Sure, it has nice traders, but I got burned a number of times due to their lack of consistency. It's more like a hub for one-hit wonders. If you get lucky, you go green when you subscribe to a hot trader, and then you lose all your profits the next week. My aim just got defeated for me.

He's been mentioned a number of times by Jim Cramer, which prompted me to check him out. I’ve made around 280k in gains (27% up) from the last two quarters. He's known to be a huge advocate of this method.
