Lads, I just got my Digital Storm custom Velox delivered recently and it is AWESOME. The craftsmanship and engineering is *chef's kiss*. It took a long freaking time to receive it from time of order to ship date - which was passed btw - but now that its finally here. Holy moly.

@@genral38 Dont get your hopes up. It may have been closer to 5 months for me actually. Go to the DS forums though, people have the same story there. You might have a different experience though because it seems as though the hardware drought has been eased a little. So who knows.
@@genral38 I was lucky I guess because I ordered my system way back in November 2020 during a Digital Storm sale where they offered up to $500 off the price + it was before all the crazy price hikes and increases. I used the Digital Storm website to build an exact copy of what I ordered with the same components/ case/ etc on the day that my custom PC arrived to see what it costs now - it was almost exactly $1500 MORE now than for what I paid.

Be ready to have to take it to Geek Squad or something. It comes with lots of fucking issues because they don't know how to actually put together a computer. It will definitely not be working how it's supposed to be when you get it (even though they do stress tests). My buddy's PC didn't even have the GPU hooked up to the motherboard. It was just straight chilling in the case. There's a boat load more of issues with it.

My husband bought a computer from ya'll recently. He has had issues out of it since he got it. First the remote, for the lights had basically a hole in it, right out of the box. He thought getting a remote would make the fans all light up and him be able to change the colors and other things. Ya'll sent him a new remote and control board for that. We changed it out and Only 2 internal fans are still lighting up. He has barely used it and now it has a loud sound coming from the cooling pump..... The sound doesn't go away unless he turns off the computer,, tilts the computer around then turns it back on. It comes back within 2 minutes. Tonight I tried to live stream on Twitch and you could barely hear me over the loud rattling/scratching sound coming from the cooling pump. This is aggravating. We heard nothing but good about ya'lls computers but this is so disappointing.

Me too. Its ridiculous if you think about it. If they're short on THIS product or THAT product, then why dont those factories step it up and produce more? And they cant use Covid as an excuse because this has been going on for years if you research it back to 2015 or whatever. No excuse for wait times to be over a month. None.

@@Anar-lx9xl I got a velox with a amd 5900x, 3080, 32 MB memory and a 1 TB SSD. The 3080 slowed the build time. But this build is maxing all my games

Superior build quality my butt. Over a couple years trying to get Digital Storm to send me a rig that worked right, they failed each time. I kept finding problems with it. 6 thousand, than another thousand later on a processor they charged for, despite being the cause of it's burnout by hooking up a fluid pump to fan controllers, on multiple rigs, has costed customers thousands.
