WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I was suffering due to shortness of breathe post corona... since last 20 days I was unable to breathe which was making me feel suffocate. But this exercise is a miracle.... right from the first day I am feeling superb... seems I have got a new life.. Thank you so much... God bless you❤️

@@ashutoshmishra8494 doctor suggested me foracart inhaler.. you should consult good pulmonologist. shortness of breath is still there but not that much...i feel suffocated also. Start Spirometer exercises too

I woke up at 4a with wheezing, tight chest and a hacking cough. I took some CBD, elderberry sups, sipped tumeric tea with honey and found this video. I’m definitely more relaxed in my chest and my breathing doesn’t sound as bad… like gurgling in my chest bad. Thank you so much! 🥺🙌🏽
Next time you have breathing issues..try raw garlic...I see you do turmeric..excellent! I have had asthma attacks and the best thing for me is just to bite a garlic clove...opens everything up immediately. It's not hard to do when your depends on it...or...you can chop the garlic onto buttered toast..certainly more palatable. And to fend off any virus ..flu or rhino..I will immediately drink a tonic of raw garlic soaked in water
The garlic is crushed and soaked in glass of water for at least 20 minutes...then I just drink the liquid. This almost always keeps anything in my head from going to the lungs. And I am doing wim Hoff breathing also to strengthen and build lung capacity.. Love 💘 this young ladies excercises...so amazing

Your video helped me so much I had trouble sleeping because my chest was hurting and I figured it had something to do with my congestion from my minor cold I had. Thank you it really made a difference in how my chest feels and my voice.

For the past 3 days my chest has felt somewhat heavy and pressured, unfortunately I believe it is due to smoking which I am going to try my best to quite as I’m trying to regain my health while I am young, this exercise helped so much with getting that feeling off of my chest and is amazing, I’m finally able to relax without taking medicine. Diet, exercise, etc........are important........But, giving up smoking would do you the most good, far outweighing anything else.
