I got this one as a gift and came here to share my experience with it. My phone weights 230g and I've got a phone case. It holded it well and the arms didn't open all the time like someone said here. However, the clip that attaches to the air vent is very very very fragile. One week in and one of the clips already bent bc i hit it by accident, I couldn't use it anymore before this, it kept falling. Another thing is that the device is attached to its thread (where the clip is attached) by a screw who is screwed into the plastic, so it isn't very strongly attached either. I tried to take out the clip attached to the thread and without applying much force it came out with thread, screw and all. It obviously broke the plastic and had to glue it. It is cute but it's not worth the money at all. I knew it was fragile even before I got it, I was really careful while using it because I knew for sure that it'd break, and still managed to break it lol

I just received mine in the mail. It worked immediately when I plugged the base and the USB connection together. My problem is getting the vent clip to even open at all so I can attach it to a vent. Does anyone have any tips on how to gently get the vent clip open without breaking it?

This one I have gets hot, it holds my cell phone fine and works that way but, it really hot to touch my cell phone too🔥, I’m afraid it will eventually mess up my cell phone, what to do, does anyone know, maybe it’s the power source, got to check that🤷🏽♀️.

The arms are not long enough. If you have a phone case on your phone this will not work

Review since click Bait video. Device is trash. Phone is not secure and falls out of the grip when closed. Randomly opens / closes when phone is placed in holder. Save your money

it’s not wireless, the device has to be plugged in for it to work

Everyone knows that 🤣 the "wireless" means it offers wireless Qi charging of the phone, and of course the charger has to be plugged in to provide wireless charging to the phone, while cradled
