@@_yoru06 it's not broken since not only it's just for 4 secons but you need your ult to activate it, it was looking broken in the video since ults were being spammed non stop also moontoon can reduce the cd reduction time from 4 seconds to lower if the hero itself becomes too broken.

Imagine playing a rank/classic game but it feels like practice mode.
I think the temporal reign talent is not worth it, because you have to reach level 4 first,and in the early game, it's like you don't have any talent. besides the cooldown will be quite long if used on a hero who has a long ultimate cooldown. There are still many talents that are more useful than the Temporal Reign talent. However, if this temporal reign talent can reset the skill cooldown, it will be quite feasible.

@@user-kk1bo8hw7h If you don't believe it, just try it yourself in the game, I've tried it on many heroes, and it's not worth it. By choosing the Temporal Reign talent, it's like choosing gold, but there are diamonds that you ignore.

true its so op yet, a bit useless for now. OP because some heroes will greatly benefit from this talent, and useless because some heroes cant maximize its effect just like some heroes shown in the video where some heroes skill effects are not applying (I also experienced this when playing esmeralda when temporal reign takes effect some of my second skill damage is not taking effect but for some reason it can apply shield to enemy)

Blind ban system will make it useless. Most of players will priorities meta heroes,not annoying one. If both team banned all meta heroes and leave only annoying. The match will be disaster
This is a way better alternative, it opens up to way more heroes being able to use the talent more efficiently instead of a selective few with the old one, i heard they did not let this go thru for Lunox Chaos ult tho, prob would’ve been super busted xD
With some a bit lifesteal effect from adjustment yesterday,lunox will sustain while machine gun all the enemy😅
this is extremely op since burst mages like eudora and kadita have their 2n and 1st back RIGHT after doing a full combo, which means even higher damage, and makes lethal ignation bad because theres a better bursty alternative

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the first time skills can be spammed too quickly (except for old Yve), not even the no CD feature can compete which is probably why some skills are bugged.
Can you try this with fleeting time revamp item too. Can we have powerful martis, Karina ,Pacquito and cyclops with 40% cdr.

I think the stuns not applying properly is better for the game. Having internal cooldowns for that is better as to not seriously just make those with stuns or cc in their skill be so oppressive

I have an idea for an alucard buff Passive: 1.25× total physical attack + 80 base attack → 1.3× total physical attack + 100 base attack (deals 25% more damage against non-hero units, towers are excluded) Skill 1: foreswing/casting time greatly reduced Skill 2: foreswing time greatly reduced Ultimate: Passive New effect Level 1: gain 15% permanent hybrid lifesteal and 15% permanent resilience Level 2: gain 22.5 permanent hybrid lifesteal and 20% permanent resilience Level 3: gain 30% permanent hybrid lifesteal and 25% permanent resilience New effect: marked targets will now be be seen on the map( I added this effect since most of the enemies especially with high cc, tries to hide in the bush to avoid being chased down by alucard's pursuit). First Phase new effect: Alucard's gain temporary 20% physical pen during the ultimate skill duration.
I've gave moonton this exact same buff idea for TWO WHOLE YEARS but they won't listen sadly
@@Demonizedson he needs the resilience tbh since his main weakness is cc, get a team full of cc and he's just fodder, he lacks cc and the proper defensive capabilities to last long in battle, the vision effect on his ultimate is also needed since most enemies mostly hides in bushes to avoid getting chased by pursuit (I've faced this issue repeatedly)

I dont think the “missing” stun or dmg from uranus and popol is a bug. Usually games have a internal cooldown (ICD in short) system so you can’t abuse the stun mechanic and the opponent can get some breathing room. Maybe just my guess
