Why my starlight exp are not going up to lvl 28? I've been playing 2 days doing task but my starlight exp is not leveling up even 1 exp.
in month, u can get 1120 starlight fragments if u buy a starlight subscription and chose the 200 starlight fragment in the hero choice pack. u can also get for like 90(?) frags if u get a duplicate basic skin from the basic skin chest.
This will be my first time purchasing starlight and I don't think I'll ever buy one again since so where should I spend those 1k frags at?

Wrong move. CoA is the best option on the weekly bundle. You can use them to draw legend,zodiac and collector skins. I recommend don’t choose star fragments lol.

HELL NO BRO. that shit is a scam, at least the sl box in event section which u can get possibly a card for 10 dias. many people spend 600 dias to not get it, while some people spend only 30 dias and they get it. it is so dependent on luck. i spent 100 dias and didnt get it, and gave up before i lose more dias haha
if sl box guarantee a card, everyone would have so many sl fragments

No, it will stack up. The only thing you need to be able to buy in the starlight shop is to buy the starlight pass.
