    • Por lo que he logrado ver: para el primer helado: usa yogurt, azúcar, glucosa, crema de leche, leche en polvo o suero de leche e inulina. En el del durazno, me parece usa agua, azúcar, inulina,glucosa y creo que pectina ( lo digo por el polvo blanco que añade al final).

    • @@keniagonzalez2534 La inulina es un aditivo alimentario. Comúnmente para elaborar un helado se usa crema de leche para que le de esa textura y cremosidad. La inulina sirve para dar esas características y así reducir las grasas. Además aporta fibra, pues es un derivado de la fructosa.
