I love how she is so brave and trying to not stop cause she loves hat fans I tried it before I didn’t even finish it so she is very brave and this is the first time I watch her but I am amazed and going to subscribe and support her because she is the best KZheadr I watched soo far from the first video I do have lots of other favorite KZheadrs but not from the first video just supporting her and saying that she is so brave and strong but she was not taking care of her health cause it’s so spicy and can ruin her health I want her just to be healthy and always be strong and brave and always believing in herself ❤

I had one pack of 2X noodles and it floored me. I am of Indian origin so pretty used to spicy food, but this was too much even for me. Although the heat doesn't last more than 15 mins, your stomach feels the burn for the rest of the day. The 1X version is more agreeable, but still not for the faint hearted.
I’m Pakistani and I have 1x buldak noddles. I put half the packet and I died. I was screaming. I’m horrible at spice
I'm from The Netherlands and the first time I had these noodles, I used the whole packet of sauce. Yeaaaahh... no. Now I enjoy the carbonara flavor, with only like 3 or 4 drops of sauce and that is doable for me. I just cannot wrap my mind around the fact that people are willing to go this far for a stoopid KZhead video, so much spice cannot be healthy for your body?

Those Buldak noodles are really tasty if you mix in a bit of crunchy peanut butter, some chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a protein. Just saying.

Props!!!! This is actually pretty amazing but it wouldn’t be 10x spicy because you added 5 times the sauce. For instance if I drank a cup of hot sauce, it’s not going to be 10 times as hot if I drank 5 cups worth. It’s just more of it, same heat level though. Still impressed though :)
I used to eat these regularly and the heat on these is incredible, It is a pain that just increases overtime.

It's not 10x spicy. It's 2x spicy, but more sauce than usually.
more peppers/sauce in means more capsicum, try eating one sauce packet then eat 10 with a bag of ramen and tell me if it's the same level of pain. It's definitely not. Scoville is the same but the pain is certainly not.

If you boil or cook the spicy sauce the hotness of it will be reduced. It will be more spicy if you just pour it on the cooked noodles.
