In the tranquil expanse of Northern England, a weathered farmhouse stands as a relic of a forgotten era. Once, it was the vibrant nucleus of William and his wife's existence, where their love bloomed alongside the crops they tended and the livestock they raised, growing a great butcher’s business.
Their days were filled with the laughter of their growing family and the triumphs of their prized champion horses, whose victories echoed across the United Kingdom. Yet, beneath the facade of rural serenity, darkness lurked.
With the passing of William's wife, secrets emerged, staining the farm's reputation. The revelation of bad meat and neglected animals branded the once-beloved homestead a horror farm, shrouding it in infamy.
In 2008, William joined his beloved in the afterlife, leaving their son to inherit the blemished legacy. Though he maintained the property as a shrine to his parents' memory, he chose to distance himself from its tainted past, allowing nature to reclaim what was once theirs.
As we journey through the echoes of time within the walls of this secluded sanctuary, we are reminded that even the most idyllic façades can conceal the darkest of secrets.

    • The skins as you say, we call it the hide of the animal and it could be why it smells of urine in the place because they used old school methods of tanning ?

  • Hello Maureno and Remon! I am very impressed for the many antiques inside of the house. I am very sorry the you were feeling very bad for the many pieces of meat /skin left there. And the disgusting bottle with urine probably the last person to living in the house was mentally sick .Thank for the exploration today❤😊🤗👍

    • Hi dear Georgina! Thank you so much for joining us on our exploration and for your kind words. It's always fascinating to discover the antiques and artifacts inside the house, each holding a piece of history. While some aspects may have been unsettling, such as the remnants of meat and the bottle with urine, they indeed offer insights into the lives of those who once inhabited the space. Your empathy towards their possible struggles, particularly regarding the last resident's condition, is deeply appreciated. Exploring these spaces often evokes a mix of emotions, and we're grateful for your understanding and support throughout our journey. Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for being a part of our exploration today and our membership program! 🤗

    @1madhatter363@1madhatter3633 ай бұрын
    • Hello there! Thank you for such a kind and warm-hearted comment! You're question is in fact a really good question. The smell as horrendous and whilst exploring, one of my friends stepped accidentally on the bottle of urine, causing the urine to leak out of the plastic bottle. The entire kitchen and surrounding were therefore extra smelly because of old, human urine. Hope you have a great weekend and to see you on the next video, this Sunday! 🤗

    @jonimarchese7655@jonimarchese76553 ай бұрын
    • Hi Joni! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It's true, exploring abandoned spaces often reveals the passage of time in a tangible way. About calendars from 2013... we've seen houses in worse state in a shorter time. If the roof damage is advanced and leakage progresses the natural decline and decay can go quite quickly. Nonetheless, i's fascinating to ponder the history and circumstances that led to its current state of decay. Each abandoned place carries with it a unique narrative, offering us a window into the past and prompting reflections on the passage of time. I'll be sure to pass along your greetings to Remon. Sending warm regards back to you and much love from Netherlands! ❤️

  • Hello hello!!! ❤🤴 That's a good start of the UK series 🎉 Love the introoooo! Love your narration, our dear poet! And love the drone shots of the landscape 😍😍😍 But OMG this house! Sooo frozen in time and it's the true meaning of a time capsule 👌👌👌 Like literally everyting is left behind and just sitting there 😮 And it's a puuure mess! Ouf what mother nature can do. A lot of nice, vintage and old stuff and furniture are still left there at least. But the meat, ugh 🤢 that's weird and disturbing to me. Anyway, it was a good good one that i enjoyed, and a good good one to start this new mini series like i said before. Thanks! Cya ❤

    • Hello there Cynthia! Thank you so much for your enthusiastic and thoughtful comment like always! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the start of our UK series. Your appreciation for the intro, narration, and drone shots means a lot to us. Capturing the essence of each location is something we strive for, and it's heartening to know that our efforts are well-received. Indeed, exploring places like the frozen-in-time house can be both mesmerizing and slightly eerie. It's like stepping into a different era altogether, with every detail preserving a piece of history. Mother Nature's ability to reclaim spaces never ceases to amaze us, even amidst the chaos, there's a certain beauty in the preservation of vintage items and furniture. We completely understand your sentiment about the meat, it can be quite unsettling. Nevertheless, we're glad you found the exploration engaging overall. Your support and encouragement truly inspire us to continue sharing our adventures with you all. Thank you once again for joining us on this journey, and we can't wait to bring you more exciting content in the upcoming mini-series. Until next time, take care and see you soon! ❤️🤗🎉 Warm regards, Maureno & Remon

I seem to remember something about they soak the skin in urine The blue box and bottle of Harvey’s Bristol Creme. Years and years ago, it used to come in the blue box but they did away with the box years ago and the cork in the top of bottle. It’s now a screw top. Also, the pieces of paper on the string were used in the old days for toilet paper.

  • I think the last resident had alzheimers and wasn't aware what they were doing. Long term memory is last to go thus explaining meat all over, he was a butcher. I went into homes in slightly better condition to feed and cloth the person. Probably could not afford long term care in facility and son kept away as they can get very agressive and violent. House was probably already in poor condition when person died and son doesn't want any part of it. Just my two cents worth as possible explanation. Very sad

We've been facing difficulties finding masks that provide adequate protection from dust, asbestos, and mold while also being comfortable to wear for extended periods. They're quite hard to come by in the market, and the prices can be quite steep. Nonetheless, your reminder is appreciated, and we'll continue to prioritize safety while exploring these fascinating but eerie locations.
