So, I guess I'm one of few people that actually liked this movie. I mean, sure, it could've been better; there were many places they could've gone but did go, and we could've learned more about characters and backgrounds. But, I think it was a pretty decent remake, so I did enjoy it.

I still loved Amazing Spider-Man infinitely more than the original trilogy.

I actually quite like Spider-Man 3. I feel Amazing Spider-Man is just more fun. Peter isn't as whiny, Gwen is a badass and there isn't as much unnecessary melodrama. My biggest problem with the originals was the pacing; often I would forget I was watching a superhero movie. Amazing Spider-Man is faster paced, more interesting and generally just feels more like Spider-Man. It was the film I wanted before the Sam Raimi trilogy came along. I still like those, but Amazing Spider-Man appeals to me more. Just my opinion.

Oh, man, I wish there was a way Spiderman and Wolverine could be in the Avengers! I read that Obadiah Stane is an associate of Norman Osborne. And I like to think that Oscorp funded and equipped Weapon X, which got Norman interested in cross-animal genetics and paved the way for Parker and Connors. It would be so awesome if there was an after-credits scene of Agent Phil Coulson visiting Peter's house, offering a presidential scholarship to Havard in return for joining the Avengers. (SHIELD would have figured out that Spiderman's webs trace back to oscorp's bio-cable, and then they can look at shipping records)

It still wouldn't work, though,(well it would revive, and heal Captain Stacy), but it would also turn him into a lizard, as well.Peter had seen Dr. Connors inject the lizard formula into a 3 legged lab mice named Freddy, and he regrew a fourth leg. As cute, and happy as that sounds, moments later after the Lizard's rampage in the bridge, Peter goes to see Doc Connors, and finds Freddy as a mutated lizard mice creature, eating another mouse. So, yeah, it wouldn't work, cause it still would change Captain Stacy into a lizard.
But it might heal his stomach wounds
The antidote was still spraying into the air... So he would heal, then change back into a human
