Heh I started watching in my 20’s and now I’m in my 30’s… it started really as a way to watch family friendly content when I went over to my moms place that I could put on when my nieces were over that wasn’t full of cursing and dirtyness
Yeah i started watching when i was 8 or 9 i think and im 17 now
Not going to lie, I’m watching the first minute and man I can tell the drive to make cool, dope videos is still there. Very genuine and humble. Reminds me of all the old school KZheadrs!

Obviously I'm not in the same level as Roman without alcohol but I'm proud of myself being 3 months without any kind of soda, I was really addicted, specially to Coke. I hope to come back here in 2-3 years and told ya guys I'm still in this.

people dont realize how like bad and addicting soda is, many say they donjt ahve a problem but dont realize they actually do, due to the caffeine in soda many people get headaches etc when they suddenly stop drinking, so they drink more for it to go away, and are unable to go without it due to what is while minor legit withdrawal symptoms
It's easy from here man... I'm over 9 years clean of all caffeine, I don't drink or smoke cigarettes... however I burn down if you picking up what I'm saying... you gotta be an insane person to live a sober life
3 months is amazing. Now just keep up the momentum!

i am at over 6 months with no caffeine and I will say it has not really mad me feel better physically but its really helped mentally to know that I am being healthy and I am doing something good for my body and it definitlky helps push me to do more for my physical and mental health. Excited for the podcast! And I don't drink alcohol no reason just stopped when I got pregnant and haven't touched it since and my son is the same age as Knox. And I also stopped drinking caffeine a few months ago some days are harder than others but I do still crave coffee every single day but I don't want to feel like that. Lol keep it up love you guys 💕
I am 28 years caffiene free. I was in the hospital with pneumonia and got the most horrid headache I had ever had. Nothing would even touch it. It was worse than anything I've gone through at now 67 years old, including healing from surgeries. (Except COVID that was a bear!) I will never ever go back to caffiene due to that withdrawl. Yes I feel better 😀 I'm proud of myself 💯 I ended the only addiction I had! BUT several years ago I got hooked on a family from a Super Bowl 🏈 ad! I will never detox from this family for many reasons. THANK YOU ATTWOOD FAMILY FOR BEING REAL!
Congrats on the caffeine and especially the alcohol. I’ll hit four weeks without both tomorrow. The first week to ten days was a little tough but it’s gotten easier and easier as the body/brain adjusts.
29 years old, here. Never really drank alcohol, beside a glass of baileys here maybe twice a year between 18 to 22 years old. I never drank caffeine ( from coffee to energy drinks. Life going well without these 2 ! Never felt the need to drink anything and always had fun without it!

I gave up caffeine for my 2022 New's Years resolution, and to this day, still haven't had any. And I feel great. This year, I decided to give up pop/soda as well, and that has been a lot harder for me. But I feel a lot better with both of those gone because now all I drink is water and lemonade. You can do it Roman!
I miss your vlogs where you have fun ideas for the kids in the backyard,like the pond. Bring those back I love your creative side

Good for you man! I know how hard it is, keep it up. It's not easy at all, after being electrocuted, dying 3 times, amputation of my arm, 4 years without alcohol, 2 years without tobacco, and no pop. I limit my caffeine, do therapy, it's all so important. And I drink my AG1 every morning.
