Huge thanks to Bethesda for trusting me to be goofy in your world and for letting me make whatever I want. Once again I was tasked with making a four minute animation and we wound up going way overboard. Yet again it's my most detailed animation yet. Excited to dive into Starfield and you can too!

That only happens if you have stealth 4. Otherwise they get alerted almost immediately.

the best thing I've seen in game was sniping a pirate from across an abandoned base, right through the pack, and he flies off right into a big ole barrel of explosives/flammables that his buddies were standing next to and all of a sudden 3-4 screaming flaming pirates
Just wait till you get one stuck in something. I found a body got stuck into a door in mid closing by his ankle right as I shot at him his pack went off and he looked like a bottle rocket tied down with a 1' piece of string.

Meeting the Adoring Fan for the first time in Oblivion was a funny experience. Having him as a Companion who brings gifts for your crew one of my favorite perks.
can I get Adoring Fan later in the game if I didn't choose it from the start?
@@PLYR1I don't believe so, It's one of the perks you have to choose at the beginning of the game when you are creating your character

What we didn't realize was that the adoring fan was actually Cicero and kills the player character after the event of the game.
Vlad: "The Eye has been attacked and there is so much blood... The Starborn is on his way to the Lodge!" Adoring Fan: "Go save them, Boss! I will stop the Starborn and defend the Lodge." When Returning to the Lodge after the attack: "He gave his life to save us..."
This is a perfect business model going forward for the industry. You have a game coming out. Get Joel Haver to make an animation about it, you hit it BIG TIME. And watch the money roll in.
"That's the sound a dead guy makes. Nothing." is one of the best lines Joel and friends have ever written.

At the very beginning of the game, right after I touched my first artifact, I was like, "Ah, shit, here we go again. Gotta warn yet another civilization about the Reapers."
Mine was please don't crash again(spoilers it crashed) I had to skip the cutscene after the 4th time worst part is the game doesn't let you save so had to do the intro again and again. Game ran fine everywhere else though only that one thing crashes my game

Lmao, i ran out of space in my cargo hold on my ship so i started piling crap in my bathroom on my ship. I knew i could close the door and hide it till i made room for it. I went to clean it out yesterday and i opened the door and rocks avalanched out as soon as i opened it. And the adoring fan said "absolutely brilliant" 😂
That is absolutely brilliant, everyone knows that while the bathroom door is closed nothing exists beyond that point! And if nothing exists beyond that point, there's no mass, no inertia and therefore the ship is faster! BRILLIANT!

I love the sheer confusion and intrigue in the leader's voice when he says: "What was the point?" It feels like he's ready and willing to delve into a months-long investigation fueled by nothing but sheer confusion and the determination to prove there is more to this story than simple plant collecting. I almost wish he lived so that he might continue his fruitless quest...
It would have been fruitless, but he would have made aloe friends along the way
It would be a great followup what if he got hit in the side of the head nonlethal and Joel picks this story up later. And the character has to find meaning like some large planet needs oxygen or some space entity needs defeated and nope... Turns out he's just decoration his space house with one of everything he can find. And his two buddies died for no reason.
Ah yes he will make a fine novelty skeleton tableau in the next Fallout.

The first time that happened to me, I was low on health when I ran out of ammo in a bounty side mission and in a desperate attempt to stay alive, I just kept waving an overcharged cutter beam. I somehow managed to get a critical hit that one shotted the pirate romer and got caught off guard by said pirate having their boost pack blast them out the open door and have their body land in front of my cockpits windshield.

After seeing a fairly decent looking Geralt character preset on Nexus Mods I'm very seriously considering making a side playthrough as some kind of space Geralt and take the adoring fan perk to simulate having a pseudo Dandelion/Jaskier with me on some of my travels.

@@peachy7776 Pretty sure its not AI, but facetracking using a image (probably the one he drew for the sketch) Very much like the anim editor on unreal engine
@@peachy7776 You have no idea what you are talking about, so let me enlighten you: This is an animation style that Joel actually invented himself. It is a mixture of different techniques but it features hand drawn keyframes over live footage. It is a lot of work and Joel explained the whole process detailed in the past which lead to the spawning of a lot of KZhead videos in the same style. There is nothing AI generated about this.
Animation style is called rotoscoping. It's been around for a long time. Now this is only the name of the style, not the method employed to bring it to life. Joel uses a mix of programs for it
For reference succulents are a type of plant that does well in desert/hotter climates and are a great year round choice for your backyard, garden or in the house.

They probably ARE gamers who at one time played a Bethesda game. We've all collected random crap in a Bethesda game, just admit it. I had myself a lovely collection of knives and forks that were considered daggers in Skyrim. I made sure to collect every single one, because there were many forks and knives, but only a set number of forks and knives that were classified as daggers.
I have an unending addiction to looting every single unique piece of desk ornament and food in this game. They really went above and beyond with the silly lootables. I get so excited finding things like lava lamps, or entire bundles of miso soup.

I collect fish tanks and jellyfish tanks to add to my collection 😂 As well as planet globes
I thought the eggmund assistant was cool and kinda rare. Now the lodge is holding over 300 of my eggs and I will collect them all.
