I’m a hairstylist of over 30 years. My body is breaking down and I honestly think it’s from taking on the energy of others. I’m trying to walk outside more and pray and meditate to help my well being.
Have you managed to avoid the nasty chemicals your profession has been saturating the public with for decades? My list of toxins from that basket is pretty darn long. We all have been in the soup of some kind.

My second ex-husband burned our house down. Married to him 15 years, because I didn't want to give up on him. Thankfully, this beautiful woman helped me through this journey starting 20 years ago. I've done that ...cancelled things to help friends and they were never there for me when I needed them. I've learnt now to not be with these kind of people the guilt I felt when I walked away though is awful
You have to perceive is as the person came into to your life for the purpose of teaching us something about people. When we walk away from them …we just have to remind ourselves they no longer serve us any purpose. Forgive them first and move on. No guilt in that.
Know how you feel...think I'm over it now

So true about how they make you feel... They can be like your best friend , helpful, charming, witty, attractive, but if they end up making you feeling sick and tired, nothing is worth that.
Theyre inverted but the same... I've found that my tendencies to help others is just as prideful as my ex's narcissistism... I've just tricked myself into thinking it's a "super" trait because it's for good. It is not... who am i to believe i actually HAVE some kind of power to impactful on others.? I agree with the need for healthy boundaries, but for me... I'm working on the deeper level of why i have this drive. It is not as altruistic as i had once believed... wanted to believe. 😒 The work is ALWAYS about you.
I have been able to read people well. My bff is always amazed when I tell her stay away from that person and it proves out to be true. Some of us are just lucky to have this ability. It has not failed me yet.😊

It surprised me on my path of awakening when I watched an interview with Her and Dani Henderson. Then I saw her name all over the books I purchased for Energy Hygiene by Cyndi Dale these incredible books on our Subtle Energetic Bodies. These books should have been in grade school (for Empaths),we are so much MORE! I love her & her Love Towards The Physics Of Consciousness We are Tuning Forks its an "Art Form" to master our emotional body and mental body using internally intuitively guidance (of Source) for the Truth!! Perhaps some of the comments by others saying "she's missing something(?) the love vibe" No, She doesn't coat anything ❤😂 Thank you for your comment 🙏

🙏❣ this information is SO PRECIOUS. I lived with one of these beings for 6 months and it took me another year to get him out of my house !! I ended up moving out and using the police to get him out... of course 'everything was my fault'.... My empathic radar as to energy-eating individuals has always been dysfunctional 🤪 and my mother is the one who could smell these kinds of people out... but of course one has to walk their own mud to realise that "mother knows best"... am almost 54 and am learning to fine tune my empathic skills...💫🍀🌼

She is also describing people who are Deceivers and Manipulators. Unfortunately I've had these people put roadblocks in my paths. Now they stay away from my life after I told them what I thought about them. I only want what is best tor me and my family.

Louise said mirror work was the most powerful thing she ever did for herself out of all the spiritual work she did, seminars, books etc. ❤

Very interesting thank you, the only thing I would disagree with is that all therapists etc. are empaths...they can be narcissists etc. too and the story of the "wounded helper" is very real...if you don't feel your therapist, please don't continue with them
Exactly, my daughter has had some dreadful, shocking experiences with numerous , different therapists. She gave up on that course of action and now She’s actually her own best therapist , it turns out !
Hurt people (who don’t do their work )hurt people and that can include therapists. It always makes me sad though to hear about people in the helping field impacting their clients in negative ways

Not all therapists and healers are Empaths. But many Empaths do end up being therapists and healers. Empaths carry the burden of the world on their shoulders. We must release that burden and never carry it again.

They are similar. What i find is that the unifying factor behind all of them is trauma. Its trauma based entity attachments.
I have loved this doctor for many years. Her book, Our Bodies, Ourselves was the first book I ever read that made me realize there are doctors out there who are soulful, spiritual, intuitive, and loving healers. She’s basically the GOAT!

I've watched around 50 different videos of yours since I found this channel, but this one truly hits me in the feels. I'm severely empathic and almost everything she described has been me dealing with an extended family member for over 15 yrs. I've only recently finally cut em off and distanced myself from them. I've also isolated myself from most people over the years due to how much energy I feel like ive lost being around negative energy people. I feel like I'm starting to heal so hopefully I can start expanding my energy outward again. Thanks for this video!

It concerned me when she mentioned the dating site she created for people who did not get the "Experimental Biologic" injected into them. Was getting the vaccine really that bad? Some of us thought it was the right thing to do. Now I feel like my body is not worthy anymore, or I'm not one of the people who will ascend to the 5D 😕
You cared about the greater good and shouldn't doubt your worth. You deserve everything your heart desires 💛 I feel your concern tho. I didn't feel good during this interview at all, it was alarmist instead of positive. Not what I usually see on this channel.

As empath my 20s worshiped in laws. Neighbors and hubs my cup empty. I have boundaries felt guilty for caring for myself again I’m still learning to care for myself 5/6 years later
