A fun, easy brunch dish that upgrades traditional monkey bread with the use of canned cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients:
2 Cans Pillsbury Grand Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting
2/3 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar
Cooking spray and flour for bundt pan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a normal-sized bundt pan and lightly cover with flour. Set aside.
Open the two cans of cinnamon rolls and cut eat roll into quarters, reserve the frosting. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon until well mixed, and roll each cinnamon roll piece to fully coat, and then place in the bundt pan. Repeat until all cinnamon roll pieces are coated. Mix together the melted butter and brown sugar and pour evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces. Place in the oven for 22-27 minutes or until the top is browned. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes and then place a plate upside down on the top of the bundt pan, and flip over letting the monkey bread come out of the bundt pan. Drizzle over the frosting over the monkey bread ring, or use for dipping.
Happy Eating!

Looks great and I love the kitty at the end.
To get the can open after you peel off the wrapper smack it on the edge of the countertop it'll pop right open
That's why it's called "pop and fresh" dough. But you may have to be older than 50 to know that.
this looks so tasty, thanks for making and posting the video.
pop it open on the side of the counter
I've been making it for 20yrs., I like your way better. Thank you
Wow, looks awesome! I'm totally going to try to make this for our brunch. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! video
Yum
Looks great! I like chopped pecans in mine as well. 😊
Great video, and really nice job! I am trying this one next weekend!
Brilliant 👍🏼
I add whipping cream to the butter, brown sugar and pour it on each layer it makes it so soft n creamy
I am going to try this! ♥️
To open the cans easy just give it one good karate chop in the middle. I’m serious, it works. 🙏🏽
After you take the outer layer off of course
Beautiful masker piece 😍
Genius !!!!!
Dang, looks great!
Wen u take the wrapper off take the can an hit it on the edge of the counter works every time 😊
Wooow awesome
After you peel the outer paper, bang the middle of it on the corner of the counter.
Background music much too loud, and turn it OFF when speaking.
Thank you. I love videos with store bought products that you can experiment with. Im gonna try it. I suppose you could mix crushed walnuts in it as well.
I’m sure that will be a great addition!!
Yummy
Love the vid
Nice recipe. The volume was low when you spoke and the background music a 1000 high. 😫😲😵🥴
Try using the back of the spoon instead if the edge.
Why don’t you just whack the van on the side of the counter where the line is located that way it wouldn’t be so frustrating for you
I was gonna say that. That's what I always do.
I was too! That was the way recommended on the packages back In the day. 😊
🤣🤣
Delicious recipe. Bang the side of that can on edge of counter. That way you don't get cut . It's loud but less dangerous.
Smack canister center on edge of counter after paper is removed should pop right open
Great idea, but your music is too loud when you aren’t speaking.
And when you are. Painful.
Hit on the Edge of the counter top
Appreciate the video but why did you feel compelled to blast the music in-between the comminatory?
Still new to video editing and figuring out sound at this point, hopefully the newer videos are less jarring!
Instead of using a spoon to open the cinnamon roll can, bang it on the edge of your counter, it work much better.
Your music gets too loud.
Can you use a regular Skillet to make the monkey bread if you don't have a tall baking pan
Yes! The baking time might need to be reduced but you can definitely make this in a skillet or 9x13 pan if needed!!
Did you melt the icing before pouring it?
Yes, for a few seconds just so it was easier to pour
common sense says just whack it on side of counter....got lots to learn..
thank you..for taking the criticism
Looks great will have to try. Fixed your sound system. Your voice too quiet & music way too loud.
Love the recipe, Thank you . But Plz talk a little louder if possible 😟 and plz plz turn down or turn off the music 🤯🦻, I had to keep turning my volume up & down. ☹️☹️.
Lol that’s burned. But nice play off 😏
Just buy the Walmart brand. They'll pop open on their own. 99% of the time when u don't want them to!😁
A gift for people like me who struggle with the Pillsbury can!
Hard to hear at first
That isn't frosting at all that is icing the very definition of icing because it's rendering is of an icy aesthetic as opposed to a thick frosting.
Lower the goofy music you have playing you really don't need it
Turn off music.
Yum
