My favorite male performance is for Joaquin from PTA's The Master, and for a female formance, I'd easily go with Cynthia from Leigh's Secrets & Lies

  • For us, the ones diagnosed with parkinson disease before 50 is a very meaningful film. The disease and, more important, the fears that it causes are treated with respect and very well shown here in this film. Thanks for the people that had made it.   • Maggie: "I can't ask you to do that." Jamie: "You didn't." I watched this movie years ago without knowing who I really was or what it was I really wanted for myself. Now, as both a mental health patient (Anxiety, Depression, GAD, cognitive dissonance) and Clinical Psychology (Research) graduate student attempting to earn a PhD to provide better research methods and academic literature for others, I know the power of needing others and reaching out for myself. This scene has become that much more real to me for the honest reality of seeing someone who lives with and has Parkinson's, one of the handful of no-cure-yet diseases out there.

  • Everyone deserves someone who genuinely belives in you, cheers you in your hard times, appreciates your achievements, shares problems with you, talk about life on rooftop at night, go out with you to do shopping or road trip, whispers in your ear at night that "everything is going to be ok honey", be orginal with you.   • My family dentist growing up had a family and one of his sons was in my grade and his wife was diagnosed in her 30s with MS. He never divorced her and took care of her and continued to be a dentist for decades. Loving unconditionally is taking a vow through good and bad and living that commitment from beginning to end. His wife passed away a couple years ago. Unless there's abuse, infidelity and irreconcilable differences than you don't need to stay.
