MIRACLE Hunt!! Hunting a RECORD BUCK. Most IMPACTFUL Story We've Ever Told: SUBURBAN BOWHUNTER

2019 ж. 13 Қар.
611 814 Рет қаралды

In our final episode from the 2018 season, we follow Kendall Golightly on the most important and impactful season of his life. We go all the way back to 2017 when Kendall has a 1 yard encounter with Biggie Smalls, then re-locates a potential state record class buck he named Nine Lives. As one stroke of bad luck leads to another, and his Mom’s struggle with Dementia and Alzheimer’s worsens, Kendall begins to escape to the stand moreso to reflect on life rather than to chase his target bucks. After five months of hunting, a miracle happens with 1 hour left in the season.

  • Listen fellas, I want you to know this episode and Kendall's story really hits home for me. You see, I lost my baby brother and Grandfather two weeks ago and even though I have the best support system and family it seems like the only thing that helps is being in the outdoors. I think it's because the quiet truly allows me to have a conversation with God. The quiet allows me to hear him and honestly I can hear both of my family members laugh and even see them smiling. Anyhow, keep it up and good luck with the rest of the season!

  • The message of this video is one of the most powerful things I’ve ever watched. Some people don’t get the spiritual side of being in the woods. As stated in the video we all get caught up in the struggle of day to day life and lose sight of the true meaning of it. To live and to love and be passionate about the things we love and most of all thank God for all of it. It’s not about the gear, the weapon, the size of the deer, or even killing one. It’s just about simply being out there and truly taking in what God gave to us. So sorry for your loss but happy for the lords gain of what appeared to be a wonderful woman who raised her son right.

The only thing you can hope for is that a family member knew Christ as a friend and savior, so that their soul is safe in the Celestial City, and not in eternal separation from God.

  • Another 6 hour sit without seeing anything here in South Georgia today. Plenty of sign going in and new sign coming out. I am happy. You see this is the first season I have picked up my bow in 9 years. My wife and I cared for my grandma in our home as she battled dementia. This evening I began watching Seek One as is normal for me. As Kendall's story unfolded I strangely heard some of the very same issues I faced, but never revealed to others. It is beyond the grasp of those who do not walk in faith to know how God will send you the message you need when it is most needed. To hear Kendall speak of his concern for his mother and the struggles his family faced resonated with me. To hear him praying in the woods as I did this morning asking for guidance resonated with me. The profound message Kendall posted about his mother and her passing resonated heavily with me. You see my grandma Vera Mae Purvis was born July 17, 1929 and she went home to our Lord God February 2, 2019 at 6:05 PM. She was sitting three feet away from me watching Betty Boop cartoons. I am reminded of her everyday. I thank God for that.

Dementia had set in real bad and it was hard to watch. It helped to know she would be with Christ after passing. Life isn't always easy but being a son of Christ helps you through the pain. Thanks again for this inspiring video. God Bless Bro.

  • Ive known your heavy heart alone in a tree talking to God and some special people I’ve lost.. Some really hard times lifted by a moment of chance.. 4years ago the loss and pain in my life is more then I can ever explain. Last day and probably the last hour of my first deer hunt in 25years, since I was a young teen.. I spent days and hours in prayer alone in my trees.. I needed Joy back in my heart and a answer from my prayers.. I was so lost and broken, but I was happy and in awe of the beauty I seen.. I was blessed with an amazing deer and given my time and chance to move forward.. I have passion back in my life from that one deer.. So much Hope for better days!! God is Good Buddy. Thank you for the story.

  • I lost my grandmother to dementia 6 years ago, and lost a close friend to dementia 2 weeks ago. It’s an awful disease that takes who these people are away from them. It steals their memories in such a ruthless way. I believe Jesus sent that deer out there for you, man. I call I a God wink. It was in His perfect timing, and wow what great timing, position, all of it lined up for your shot on the last day of the season. Thank you for your example and for the wonderful videos, and for your courage to share your faith and use your videos as a ministry to help those that are lost, seek the One who made us all in his image. God bless You and the Seek One crew. Keep me coming.

Second, I love what you guys do. So unique and different from the norm. In today’s world, you won’t find a group of people that do what you do and give the glory to Christ. • I get inspired every time I watch you guys. I can't tell you how much it means to me and my son to watch your videos together. We are both new to hunting and we learn a lot from how and what to do while hunting but most importantly how to walk closely with God. I am so thankful for all you do and all the hard work yall put in to your work is paying off. You are reaching people and planting seeds in peoples hearts. Keep doing God's work and I can't wait to see more videos.
