guys recommendation: when u are in a library pls dont use brown or red switches, use blue instead, or if u dont like blue switches.. then, just use a typewriter bcuz it is the most quiet of all 😊😊

I wouldn’t say that’s thoccy, I would say it’s more muted. I do think that’s pretty cool tho. I’ve never thought of it before and I can see how it could be a great mod for people who already have a loud gaming keyboard and don’t want to invest in a custom one.

for some people i recommend not doing this because doing this with some keyboards either make it hard to click you can’t really press down or the key is just not responding at all

I recommend lubricating the switches and applying mod tape. I had a keyboard with blue switches, the sound is much better

Uhh did you all notice the one previous video those keyboard alreaady using red switch. So, by adding some of tissue inside the keycaps maybe it does make the sound come out from their keyboard more better or thocky?

Before I got my current keyboard I was using a blue switch keyboard. With the tissue. It’s more creamy and tactile than thocky. And just to warn, putting tissues makes a terrible feeling

I'd personally use sticky tacks inside my keycaps as it'll spread evenness onto each keycaps

your better off with doing what I did to my keyboard and I put like thin pe foam in the inside of my keycaps with an o-ring. which takes like a couple of hours to do but definitely worth it.

The sound is from the switch bottoming out at the base the tissue is stopping it from going down all the way
