    • I think he has a higher floor than fashanu. But he will never be as good as fashanu could be if he puts it all together. There is something very passive about alts style. Always feels like he is either just trying to hold a point in the run game or giving some ground in the pass game. Rather than driving and burying the defender in the run game or not worrying about being beat by speed and giving no ground.

Latham is more of right guard, but all three can really play both -- it's just a matter of where their strengths are now. And Latham has the best anchor of the three: you cannot move him.

    @DoctorBrueckner@DoctorBrueckner4 ай бұрын
    • Honestly, I don’t think the Chargers need a tackle but I also liked Salyer more on the outside than the inside. Given Moore’s aggressive nature and how that offense should be going deep a lot, Herbert’s going to need more time in the pocket. Both blockers will give you that time, but since Herbert is extremely poised I’d prefer Alt as a Chargers fan. He’ll bend more than Fashanu but not break as much. If you were to trade down, I’m not 100% sure who I would prefer yet since I haven’t finalized anyone’s scouting reports. I’ll have my final OL grades out in a March video, but as of right now I’m really liking Fuaga as a pure right tackle. Latham’s a good option as well but I think he might move inside in the NFL. I do like the idea of taking a RT later in the draft than taking one in the first round.

What about when paired with the best or expierenced QBs in the league like Herbert, Rodgers, and even Cousins. It’s no longer a negative

    @ramongonzalez6653@ramongonzalez66533 ай бұрын
    • In college, both prospects only started games at left tackle, and I’m unsure how many snaps they played at other spots. Despite that, they both are likely going to stick to the left tackle spot, but if I had to switch one I would likely switch Fashanu since he gives up more obvious pressures and a quarterback can escape more efficiently if it comes from there than if it comes from his blindside.
