Glad to see this getting some traction and into the hands of the right people, your in-depth testing is great to see. I've always used Ambi mice but a brief stint with a G403 says there's something to the Ergo shape. Now to decide if it's worth it to make a lateral trade from my Model O
Model O to Skoll tricky one as I also am a fan of the Ambi shape over the Ergo.

Its a gamble on the XM1. It feels well put together, the only things I'm not a fan of because of the fingerprints its attracts is the coating. It also has some interesting shaped skatez.

@@Beardedbob yeah a wireless version with a decent sensor at a reasonable price would be really hard to pass up! Even still the wired looks like a good deal, might even be better than model o if you prefer more of a palm grip. I've gotten pretty use to playing with a relaxed claw grip using the model O, but I kinda miss the hump/height from using the DeathAdder Elite; it just fills up my hand more and feels more comfortable playing on for extended periods of time. Not sure it would be worth swapping off the model O, but a wireless version would definitely worth trying and could potentially be an upgrade.
I agree this would be an excellent option for the market. The Skoll is a better option for palm over the Model O. I'm going to so a comparison picture for the shape between Skoll, DA, Mama, EC2, G403 and Intelli MS.

Np. I prefer as my personal one the Ambi shape. Atm I can't decide if I want to use the GPW or Model O as my daily. If you like the Ergo shape this is a nice mouse.

Beardedbob I did have the rog spatha lol ya 179g isn’t good for fps gaming, then I came across in an old drawer with a mouse in it that I discarded before getting into esports gaming ( steel series sensei raw rubberised) turns out it’s a brilliant mouse lol who knew. Ordered the skoll and pre ordered the mm710 and going to see wot I like more and sell the latter on. The sensei is tho for an old mouse is brilliant.

Yeah it should be fine.
Definitely claw that mouse is tiny. I'm a palm gripper and that mouse gave me really bad hand cramps. For palm grip I'd recommend 3.9 cm high at the very least.
I use a glorious model o matte black with a black glorious 3xl mouse pad I have also ordered the ducky one 2 mini pure white edition which I can’t wait to get

Great Review! I Ordered this mouse from Xray Pad and am looking forward to it. Do they email you to let you know it was shipped and also do you get a tracking number? I just opted for the regular shipping that takes longer. There is also another mouse coming out this fall from Xtrfy called the project 4. It appears that it's somewhat similar to the Skoll as far as shape goes. Are you going to do a review on that one as well?
It's beta version Skoll mouse, not final release one. We start to arrange the shipment today. But we can't ship all orders in one day. Anyhow you can will receive a tracking number via email after delivery.

hey bob, I have this mouse since few days and I love it so far. One weird thing realised, I have a high pitched sound while I'm close to the mouse with my ear. Is this normal and could you check this with your skoll maybe? I mean im fine with that, I just hope thats normal lol. If not, maybe I'll return it.

Hi, Yes I've tested them here kzhead.info/sun/mt19qJ19padod68/bejne.html They sit quite high and people report LOD issues though I didn't have on this test. I feel they didn't offer enough of a benefit to say IMO that they are worth the price or the effort swapping. I still need to test them on other mice.

It is nearly the same as the ec1. It makes no sense to compare this to ec2 as the skoll is nearly identical to the ec1

Are buttons more stiff than ec2a? I had to return my EC2a because of the stiff buttons.
I don't have the EC2-a, but the S2 I've tested came in at an average force of 68g where the Skoll was 83g meaning harder to press. I've the EC2-b which should be close, but I need to measure the force.

I have an ec2b divina, and since I love the shape of this mouse I'm really considering buying the skoll (well its wireless version when it comes out). I don't have that issue with the ec2 since the mouse wheel has only 16 steps and doesnt move much but I had it before with my deathadder elite, and it's really annoying when it happens
I think you will be impressed with the Skoll it can certainly hold its own against the EC2. It has 25 steps so the transitions are nice and tight. I'm looking forward to tearing it down to see what this scroll wheel is on the Skoll.
Any chance you can take a look at the analog 1ms switch on the new Edge xm1? I having a hard time believing that tech is legit

Not sure how every reviewer says this mouse has no side flex. I had 3 copies all with horrible side flex. Creaked and flexed every time you pushed on either side. Plastic felt like a cheap 3d-printed shell. No grip on it whatsoever. M1/M2 buttons had a ton of post-travel. Sent all of mine back, sticking with my S2.

Beardedbob apparently they are only shipping a white batch today and then no longer selling the white version until the discolouring (like the blossom blue finalmouse) issue is fixed. It seems to be in many ways a complete shambles as the story keeps changing everyday.
hopefully, they get it sorted and back on track.
