Thanks! I wish I had stuff like this when I was wrestling. I think they used to have contraband Russian film (not video) sold in the back of some wrestling publication, and they were really expensive. They were probably produced by the KGB for misinformation purposes.

Thanks for great videos. Sidakov is incredible skilled. His crowbar throw bye is out of this world. It doesn’t seem to have much risk if it doesn’t work. If it doesn’t work, it seems wrestlers remain neutral. It’s a lesser risk takedown that has worked against world champions. On this video, the level change and angle change dropping opponent to their right hand-elbow and knee, would take me down-I wouldn’t even know what happened.
I love the throw by. I probably won’t do this version because I have bad knees, but it is good to be aware of!

Can anyone please explain why the US doesn't engage our younger wrestlers in freestyle sooner? Kyle Dake was a 4X NCAA champion - yes he may have ducked a few guys in college and went up a weight class to avoid specific wrestlers but he still won NCAA titles four times and that's incredible! Now he gets beat by Kadimagomedov 11-0 and Sidakov beats the poor guy like he's in middle school. To see how much faster and more technical these guys are than someone like Dake makes us feel like we need to change the system.
I just watched another video Russian cartwheel counter to underhook Before seeing that video, I thought the underhook whip, was a shoot till you win type of move-with little or no risk I reckon I was wrong. There seems to be a counter for this Iranian underhook throw
