Embark on a transformative journey with Stoicism, a philosophy that unveils profound secrets for daily self-focus. Imagine sculpting your destiny, chiseling away at life's marble with tools within your grasp - a concept Stoic philosopher Epictetus championed. Next, embrace Amor Fati, the love of fate, according to Seneca.
Instead of stumbling blocks, see life's challenges as stepping stones to greatness.
The morbid-sounding Momento Mori, advocated by Marcus Aurelius, encourages contemplating mortality as a motivator. The Dichotomy of Control frees you from anxiety by focusing on what you control.
Seneca's Negative Visualization fosters gratitude, preparing you for inevitable challenges.
Marcus Aurelius introduces the Inner Citadel, your mental fortress amid chaos. Practice Detachment - your worth isn't dictated by others' opinions. Align actions with virtue, as Seneca advises, becoming an inspiration to others. Epictetus emphasizes the Power of Now - past and future are fleeting; seize this moment. Stoicism's ultimate goal is Eudaimonia - not just resilience but flourishing.
As you dive into Stoic secrets, remember: being the rock isn't about avoiding challenges, but facing them with unwavering strength. Marcus Aurelius reminds us, "Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking." Now, go out there and be the rock!

I lost my business, wrecked my car, and was being terrorized by an ex boyfriend who I tried to put a protection order on but my sheriff's office did not enforce. I am still searching for an attorney to defend me, but to no avail. So these videos have really helped as I try to piece myself back together. So big thanks!

  • This came at an important time for me 🙏. As modern humans, I desire to embrace these words as reminders every day…but that to me is not the point or reality. For me it’s almost like I want the absence of the storms or controllable storms so it can be comfortable and sail through the lessons. Wrestling and overcoming builds self trust…that is the key and takeaway for me. Reality is the teachings serve as a mirror or life of where we are at…it’s quite humbling actually as thinking I are more progressed than i really am.

  • A good video. Say about The ancient wisdom of stoicism offers ten game-changing secrets to stay centered and resilient in life. These include embracing what you can control, embracing fate or fate, remembering death, and focusing on the controllable. The philosophy encourages us to view life as a journey, not a destination, and to use challenges as opportunities to grow and evolve. It also encourages us to remember our mortality, using it as a motivator to live life with intention and not procrastination.

  • The only thing that has an actual existence is the present. Seize it now before it is gone. Otherwise, you will never get it back. This is why time was, is, and will always be the most valuable currency. Everything else is lost echoes (past) and uncertainties (future). Live in the present. Live now.

  • Stoicism oversimplifies life's complexities. Embracing fate isn't always empowering; it can dismiss genuine struggles and emotions.

  • GET OUT. MOVE TO MEXICO. SENDING WARMTH FROM QUERETARO. Happy I moved to Queretaro in 2021 at 79 for 70% less expensive and safer. PRAYERS sent to my 1942 birth city CHICAGO from Queretaro since 2021. I know that cold weather big time. Thank God for the safety and warmth of this city. RIP. DO NOT ALLOW THE INVADERS TO DESTROY YOU.

  • I'd love it if these could be read by a human instead of that mindless same-old AI voice that everybody uses. I'm growing to really, really dislike it, and that makes me not to listen to these. I'd love to hear this out but that voice: I just don't want to.
