We are ready to order one, but it doesn't appear that ASV has a dealer in Oregon. The closest one is 3 to 4 hours away, and it is not like we are out in the boonies, we are right near Portland. Any of you ASV 120 owners out there, how has your service history been?? Takeuchi, Cat, and Case dealers are all right nearby.....But we want the ASV135F. Any thoughts??
Super nice.....but no mention of hydraulic cooling capacity. That seems to be the biggest issue when running the mulching heads all day long during the summertime (especially in the south and southeast). When the hydraulic cooling wont keep up your done.
Hi Bennie, ASV loaders can run at 100% load, 100% of the time up to 118 degrees Fahrenheit ambient. Our engineers know loaders in a mulching application need this level of cooling capacity.
Right after I got your 120 lmao oh well, hopefully I'll get use out of it while the bugs are worked out of this one, then upgrade I guess. I would like to know if that bumper is available to purchase for my 120.
What bugs you got and how many hours ? Any emission problems with it ?
When the 120F first came out, I purchased one. Damn thing was a beast but stayed in the shop monthly for recalls. 1 week to get parts, 1 week to fix, 2 weeks to make money. I’d get another one if i could get a loaner when it’s in the shop. But that didn’t exist in central Alabama.
Mine only has 12 hours on it, so we'll see
Are you saying that it will adequately cool in up to 118 ambient? What are average hydraulic temps in 95 degree ambient?
On the 120f hydraulic temps would range from 145-155 running a cimaf 180d

I alled a dealer and while waiting watched this video and the salesman was like you want info on the rt-120? I was like nope now I want the 135🤣
Same rubbish location for ac condenser, clogs up in 2 seconds flat, make all the improvements you like, but if it’s not cool in the cab you can keep it.
