Couldn't agree more. Got rid of my TV well over five years ago. Don't miss it one bit. In fact when I do get to watch it, at families/freinds and in the pub occasionally, it almost always aggravates me to death at the banality and level of idiotic lowest common denominator pandering, or certainly with the news and any political/social commentary the sheer and utter bias and intelligence insulting propaganda. That goes for ALL stations and MOST of TV, but just more so for the BBC, and they get the funding.
I'm waiting for the BBC licence fee officer to come to my house. I got a letter weeks ago saying one would be coming. I will film them and then put it on youtube. There are times when one has to wonder if the routine vaccinations given to children aren't damaging the developing brain; or perhaps it's antibiotics, or ultra sound scans of the fetus; SOMETHING is doing a lot of damage! The part of the brain that puts down roots with people: the bonding that is supposed to happen with a particular person, culture etc. seems so damaged in so many people today. There's an Italian doctor who believes that sexual development/identity is damaged when routine vaccines are given at that particular stage of development in the brain; perhaps it's not only sexual identity that is damaged, but a whole spectrum of other problems such as the lack of a cringe factor: so many people, especially women, are self harmers today. I just wish "they" would find out what is going wrong...soonish!
