Man, pretty impressed by how M80 have handled themselves in such scenarios, i think they're fun to watch. It was pretty insane to see a team which is not even near G2 in any sort whether it is based on skill on whether it's based on experience. M80 were keeping their cool more than G2. G2 was crying a lot after every round. M80 smashed them mentally. It was fun to watch them rage. Nevertheless, Niko was dead silent until the very end. The last 10 mins of Niko is the Stockholm major Niko with solid taps. That made them win ancient. Or else i don't think G2 would've won ancient.

As a G2 fan, this has to be the worst fucking game I have ever seen in my entire life. As a CS fan, this has to be the greatest fucking game I have ever seen in my entire life.
I dont think u should be angry at g2 roster but instead realise m80 is actually a good ass team that's why these games were so close

*spoilers* Niko was woken up this game finally. as s1mple once said there are certain players you should never criticize for having bad games, and Niko is one of them. Because you know it's going to be temporary and when he activates it's going to burn a hole in your soul. I think it's essentially over for M80, they will fall into the deep hell of tier 2/3 scene now permanently. Because anybody remember bad news eagles now guild eagles? Or 9 pandas major qualifers? Exactly 😂😂😂😂. M80 fucked it up really bad vs betboom that was a must win game. Extremely hard to consistently qualify for tier 1 events in online hell, while also trying to play tier 2 tournaments. Pretty sure m80 is NA team as well so it makes it much worse for them. Not good practice+ randomness of qualifying for tier 1 events is gonna make it difficult for them
I think its the complete opposite, they already look pretty good and have build a good name this tournament. I think we will be seeing more of m80 in the future

@@hangedman3834I would hope so. But realistically speaking, they would need to stay in EU to actually make a dent. They would have to make sure their rankings are high enough So they would get invited to tier 1 events, online qualifers to qualify IS ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL in my opinion. Even prominent teams completely faulter vs random faceit stacks because the playstyle is totally random (and also cheaters). If they stay in NA, it would make it very very difficult. No proper scrims to actually improve as a team

I am just talking about if you are a lower ranked team, you would need to play through online qualifers to play in tier 1 which is very random, WHILE also playing in tier 2 tournaments. Some tier 2 teams play ridiculous amounts of cs a day and its draining. Moreover M80 is an NA team, they won't have good scrims to actually practice with the level of detail of EU teams. I hope to see them in this level semi permanently like EF is , but unless they switch their residence to EU, I dont see the possibility of them doing consistently well in tier 1 tournaments.
