Hey guys, let us know if you want to see more of the Wavy Drone shots? 🚁
Love them!
Those really are next level! As long as people sunbathing dont feel creeped on 😂
Please bring on more drone footage!!!!
Yes!
How many drones do you all lose a year?
Lines dangling, fenders flying, throttle down, boat battered..."Yup, we shor' be havin' fun today".
"Sloppy boats R us". Drives me nucking futs seeing that. I guess it at least warns you who to stay clear of.
Yeah come for a cruz on the boat it will be relaxing they said 😂
ROFL. Great comment. As a Great Lakes boater I have to say; we are not so careless!
I was waiting for that loose bowline to wrap itself around the prop.
Except for no life vests on those kids in the back geesh
Fenders deployed and dragging dock lines are my favorite!
I saw that bow line in the water. At least he was smart enought to make sure it didn't reach the props.
Absolutely love the drone shots.
That big ole Sunseeker looked majestic gliding into the inlet with ease 🙂
It was made in the UK but the company went bust
These boat owners are nuts. Everyone should be wearing a life jacket. Hello from Michigan
@Tammy Eich Why is everyone so worried about what other people do, Worry about your own family! There are way more accidents and deaths caused by automobiles than boating! It’s people like you that are always complaining and having laws changed when I bet you haven’t even been on a boat, Boating is one of the last recreational activities that is not heavily regulated so leave it alone and worry about your damn self!
No question about it. Shouldn't be near the ocean in these conditions
Amazes me how people can go to sea without securing anything down. Especially when crossing an inlet. Tie everything in and hold on!
Also, it seems most of the passengers I see on these boats being tossed about, especially the small ones, are not wearing life jackets and we have seen a few tossed over the side. I am an excellent swimmer but not after hitting my head going overboard. Those waters can drown excellent swimmers in a short time. I really hate seeing the little kids without any as they get tossed around the worst.
Yes, kids in the back needed life jackets.
With these sea conditions yes
Everyone should have them on really
In Scandinavia kids wear them even at the ramp.
No. They can swim better than you
@@GermanGreetings cowards
The Pro Line captain is just that - a real pro. Watch how he adjusts speed, trim and direction to ride the waves in. Hats off to that guy
I’m always amazed no one wears a life jacket. Here in New Zealand ( and Australia) we know the risks and minimise the outcomes.
Same here in England, it's not like a jacket is majorly bulky nowadays, best 2 b safe than sorry
I don't mind with adults not wearing them, but kids. Kids should be legally required no ifs or buts about it, especially through an inlet that has claimed a lot of boats.
Much better than the channel where theres a narrator making dumb comments. A true boater enjoys the unabated sound of surf, gulls and engines gunning.
lol... careful there big guy. you know not what you speak.
I saw the clips of the Azimut on another channel, only without the drone shots. (Which were amazing by the way.) Returning she had a distinct list to starboard. There must have been a couple of feet of water in the bilges. I don't understand how anyone can be so careless as to stuff a 62 ft yacht like that.
Just watched a weather channel and a good size tropical storm is headed towards Miami, take care and be safe everyone.
Love the drone shots !!!
Awesome, more on the way! 🙌
Yacht Broker: Do you have the original Azimut dishes and glasses? Owner:
😂😂😂
When he gets to the sandbar. Honey can you open up a bottle of veuve clicquot? I'll be on the windshield, I'm mean sunpad.
I've been out in far worse. The secret is for lack of a better phrase, is the "rhythm of the sea" it decides how fast you go and if you try to go faster you pay the price.
Yeah it's called reading the water mother nature dictates what you can do and what you can't. There's a good argument for having to get a license to run a boat. Got caught on in six foot swells on lake Michigan in a 12ft alum 7 1/2 hp fishing boat took forever to get off the lake maybe a gallon of water in the boat by working with the waves. Really don't want to experience that again. Was 13 at the time 64 now was taught by my uncle Sam how to handle a boat went back to him and said. HEY UNCLE SAM TEACH ME HOW TO READ THE DAMN WEATHER BETTER AND WHEN ITS TIME TO GET !!!!
After watching a ton of your videos I don’t know why anybody would ever wanna go that . That’s just nuts
I think that yacht was just going out for a 3-hour tour. That's how it always starts, ha ha.
Guy with the Monterey charging with dock lines and bumper both sides attached. Qualified Captain 👨✈️ for sure!
He may have just been lazy...
Mystery Boat @7:50 looks like an early-model Invincible PowerCat 32.
I was thinking either a Glacier Bay or World Cat
Small boates are so beautiful. The big are all the same visual white and black colors.
The Wavy drone coming through in the clutch. Perfect placement! Bravo!
Azimuts, the Bayliners of yachts..
I was hoping there’d be a catamaran in there. They ride very nicely! The captain did a great job.
Love how there is no middle ground on these. You either look like you have no idea what you're doing or you like your out for a leasurely stroll. You either stuff it or nail it.
Great thumbnail and Drone footage! Excellent job!
The Blue Intrepid showed how to do it, slow and steady, riding the waves not ploughing through them. It's a pity he let himself down by not making the Kids wear Lifejackets.
To me he was also hitting waves at a slight angle vs head on.
Maybe he doesn't really like those kids????
While I agree they must def need to be wearing a life jacket you never know what's going to happen. In the hands of a good captain like that you don't really need one on just have it near by to grab in an emergency. I prefer to sit on mine.
I'm from the mountain west. My brother and I came down to watch Vikings at Dolphin's game Oct. 16. We went fishing with the charter who uses Haulover inlet to get out to sea. I think we could see Wavy Boats filming us, but sadly, the inlet was calm, the fishin' was slow. And the Dolphins lost. Maybe we'll have better luck next time.
Jay the Florida pool pump motor repair guy. When Service Calls Longwood approved ! that was good info 2 know /see👨🔧Wavy Boats.. all should have LIFE JACKETS on
That's what happens when you take a 'chardonnay' boat out in Bertram weather!
Ya gotta luv them Bertram’s & Whalers. Awesome boats both…
That boat got blasted. Had to rack that upper windscreen.
The drone shots are great!
The water is beautiful... And powerful 💦
love all that salt water in your yacht cockpit area. Nice
We love your videos! The only improvement would be if you would show how much these boats or yachts cost where you show the make and HP of the motors. We always wonder "what does that cost"? Thanks, Jackie
@ Jackie Weeks It isn’t enough that you have all this free content to watch and you still want more! If you want to know how much they cost just look it up for yourself, You have all the information you need! You found your way to KZhead I’m sure you can find your way to google!
@@NeverEnoughPyro40 lol, good answer, and in addition to the free content could you please provide available hull colours and interior appointments, with pricing and expected delivery time obviously. Lol, some people’s kids.
Everything on a boat should be secure, especially ropes as they can get caught up in the propellers. Children should definitely wear a life jacket as should everyone else. It doesn’t matter the size of the boat a good captain will understand what is or isn’t acceptable on the day, safety first is the best principle to have.
@ Mark Marten The Coast Guard already has rules and regulations stating who and when life jackets should be worn, Boating is one of the last recreational activities that is not heavily regulated! Stop worrying about what other people are doing and worry about your own damn family! It’s funny how everyone is always complaining about life jackets but I don’t see one damn person calling out wavy boats for his failure to follow the laws and carelessness, He is just as bad as the people in the comment section always calling out people for life jackets, So it is time people get a taste of their own medicine! I will not say what it is but I’m sure he’ll make a video about it once he gets some fines he can’t afford to pay, Nothing but a bunch of Little school girls in this comment section!
The Captain of the Proline handled it like a Pro! Pun intended 😃
100% totally agree and I said the same.
That yacht captain in the beginning handled that just fine in my opinion. Nasty out there. All except those mats. First mate is in trouble.
I'm wearing a life jacket just watching this video lol.
Of course! Love the Wavy Drone.
I had a 24 foot Chaparral express cruiser for about ten years. It was my first boat and I learned as I went. There's a big margin between safe and enjoyable. The sea state in the beginning would be at the ragged edge of what the boat could handle, but way crappy enough that there would be no reason to go out on a day like that.
That proline knew what to do 💪🏽
I love the drone shots
1:47 hard hits like that can crack your inner hull support. My dad back in the day had a Bayliner that he took a lot of hits like that with. The outer hull looked fine but the inner structure was cracked and split all over. He tried to reinforce it with aluminum plates, but that didn't really work.
You lost me at Bayliner.
@@Saltfly Best thing about it was the Volvo/Penta engines. Yeah, it was a piece a crap for sure. Bought brand new. Leaky windows. Electrical mess. Built just a few miles away from my hometown full of crack addicts. That facility is no longer open.
It’s a Bayliner, of course the stringers are going to crack, even in a mild chop😆
@@domatic I'm not a boat guy. I just know what I saw. I am guessing it's ok to slam down into the water in a "good" boat?
Dude it's a fuckin Bayliner....those things need to stay in land locked states and even then avoid the big lakes within
I really liked the drone footage!
@@wavy_boats what’s this about?
That last drone shot was awesome!
What an amzing drone footage!! Congrats!!
The Sunseeker made mincemeat of it 🇬🇧
Sunseeker a class above 🏴🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧
I could not relax on a day like that. I just don't understand the enjoyment??? Fantastic footage as always!!
That Sunseeker is gorgeous 😊
Drone footage is next level!!
Yes. Love the drone shots.
I have a 45' Hunter sailboat on Lake Michigan in Racine, WI. No one goes out in conditions like these...very uncomfortable for your passengers and, frankly all kinds of shit breaks in the salon and in the staterooms.
On the first ding dong, "Oh well we'll just get another or pay the damage fee to the renter."
You say luckily, I say too bad...Tomato, Tomato. Thanks guys!
Love the drone.....nice touch
Great Show
Dudes trying to frazzle drip but he's just dripping...🚿😂
Great footage. Thanks.
That is so funny like he needed to do that. He'd have been glorious just rolling with the family having a nice day but no? Got to be that guy!
BTW love a mix of both
"Should these kids be wearing life jackets?" Here in Australia it's law for everyone on board to be wearing a PFD or life jacket. You will be fined if caught and if there's an incident in ith someone going overboard with a PFD they captain can be jailed.
It's the same in Canada, but this is USA ... the land of the free ... free to die how ever you want ! 😆
Your vessel has to have a life jacket for everyone on board and a throwable. No requirement to wear them. In the USA. Now to the question of “should “ yeah in these conditions it’s probably really wise.
Lol, the country where they leave tourists in the open ocean. 🌊
Same in NZ.
Shame that one's country can tell them how to be safe. As if they need another man to tell them how to live. I guess some people just accept being slaves.
Those ProLine boats always ride great
Great video really it’s was awesome thank you for sharing and most of all in tv mode and not instagram mode (vertical) mode again beautiful video 3 thumbs up
Great footage!
Drone shots are awesome.
i always have my lifejacket out on the boat 👍👍
Yes the little one needs to ware one be safe
Great drone work 😊
Amazing boat
Love the drone shots, especially those of the drone by another drone. Can you have too many drones ? 😎
Drone shots are pretty cool.
Fenders out and dock lines dragging in the water=skiing in jeans:)
Sweet drone shoot.
The”mystery boat” looks like a World Cat.
Bags the 92' Sunseeker..... Haha
Like a micro rogue wave. Like the drone shots, but if I was the captain of a boat I'd likely have a way to disable it at sea. Pretty sure I wouldn't like it. "Come get yer drone!"
Captain - "Yeah, we wont get wet up here".
The Monterey knows. Get on a roller, finesse that throttle and ride it in.
Non-boat person asks - so many of these boats go just SLAMMING through these waves. Do these drivers think that's fun, or how it's supposed to be, and/or just don't know better? Some of them seem to be "yee haw"-ing it.
It's VERY important to keep the fender feelers in the water for the auto-pilot to work properly. ;)
The "mystery boat" did very well. It looked a little like a catamaran with an enclosed wheelhouse but the hull looks one piece.
A Shark Cat design hull. They're pretty common in some parts of the world. Good in rough water and at speed they ride on a cushion of air.
When a boat starts ‘catty-wonckying’ that’s when things get real.
As CAPTAIN SULU once said...TURN HER INTO THE WAVE! BTW. You have gotten some great videos. Are you on shore....drone...or? I think I see one in the air...yours?
Like a seatbelt in a car , the life jacket serves a purpose . At the very least , wear a life jacket in certain conditions like these . The captain of the ship can set a good example if he so chooses !
It's wikked tough to greenwater the windshield on that much boat, but they gave it a hell of an effort.
Nothing like dragging your dock lines in the water to foul your prop at the worst possible moment while transiting the inlet!
Drone shots are awesome…more complete picture of what’s happening…imho
What did that first yacht do wrong? It sure feels like a 62-footer should be better capable of handling the waves than that. Going too fast? Not trimmed correctly? Boat overloaded? Or is that boat simply always going to have problems in those kind of waves, i.e. it's a fair weather boat only?
Piloting was fine. Loose crap all over is no bueno. First mate in trouble.
@@jlmarine0126 Piloting is NOT fine, if it were mine, he would be looking for a job or overboard.
Its the design/shape of the boat. That one being a "wet" design. I captain my own 60', and you should too!
Nothing. It wasn’t the boat or captains fault. Those were high sharp waves
Wave period was not very favorable for the boat length. And boat design, no flare, didn't help much either/
How to behave in those weather conditions the azimut was in. Gear up and increase speed or decrease ?
Emeğinize sağlık teşekkür ederiz. Harika çekimler.
I have been watching this channel off and on for a couple of years and the worst decision these boaters make is having a boat at this location. I'd drive an hour to a different marina every time just to avoid this stress.
Thx
That boat reminds me of the pilot house catamaran released this year. Edit: invincible boats
Seems like the smaller boats handle the waves better then the very low profile yachts
For just a few seconds, I was hoping that was a hatch popping open.
I can't help but laugh thinking about putting some of these boats in my local waters. Like Sunseeker, she's wider than most boats in my area are long. 92' x 21' is the footprint of a decent house!.
I think I saw this video on another channel, but they didn't have the impressive drone footage, so Wavy wins again!
yes to the life jackets
