Wear Notes:
Concealer: Definitely needed to be set lightly to help with creasing, just like with most concealers for me. Really am enjoying this concealer - stayed well throughout day!
Blush: Stayed pretty well - it wasn’t perfect at EOD, but still looked nice. I love that it looks like skin
Brows: Color stayed all day, and brows stayed in place well. It’s not like hairspray-extra strength hold, but was enough for everyday, for me!
Mascara: Definitely some fall out, but no smudging. The curl & volume lasted all day though
Liquid Liner: Didn’t budge! I just feel like it was hard to “keep it going” when applying though.
Eyeshadow: No creasing, was in place perfectly at EOD.

I spoke to a Sephora associate a couple of days ago, because I noticed many of the single Sephora shadows at a couple of the stores near me were not being restocked. She shared that they are going through a reformulation on quite a few Sephora products so the shadows may be different going forward.
I was told that Sephora reformuating most of their line to become "clean". My undereye concealer was renamed/reformulated and now i cant find a shade to match ☹️

A Sephora Rep once told me that Sephora lipsticks and eyeshadows were designed to be “very similar” to MAC products. I love their eyeliner and their lip lacquers are gorgeous. I’m a bougie B and I love them. ❤

Good to know about Kohl’s carrying more stock than the regular Sephora store. I rarely go to Kohl’s but I will definitely check it out. Our local Sephora is pitifully under stocked on almost everything.
My Sephora at Kohls is pitifully understocked! There are several brands they don't even carry. I was so excited when they came to Kohls but disappointed in what they have. I guess it's hit or miss!

Bad gal band is the perfect mascara for layering! I use roller lash to separate and curl the lashes and then bad gal bang on top to give them volume and it's a perfect combo! BGB on it's own is kind of a wet formula so layering I feel like is where it shines

Benefit has a new tinted brow gel like the gimme brow, but it has a wax in it and is amazing!
I love that Sephora brow gel. I’ve been using it for months and am now on my second tube. A lot does come off of the wand so I focus most of the product towards the tail of my brows where they need more help then what’s left over I’ll add to the front.

I love my Kohl’s Sephora! It’s more organized and clean. I also get better attention from the employees, they don’t feel rushed to move on to the next customer. I got some much needed foundation color matching on my last trip.

Instead of an eyelash comb I use and old, clean mascara wand to brush through my lashes after I apply the mascara. I use a rubber wand (covergirl lash blast) so I can easily clean it and keep using it!

The Sephora single shadows are super under rated. Some of them are almost cream and dry to powder. I also just tried the benefit mascara and it’s good but not too much! It clumps on me too

Fenty concealer when on great but cakey by end of day. Glad you had better luck with it. Side bar note, has anyone else had trouble using Jessica's links for product recommendations? I try to use them to lend support to her but lately they haven't been working.
I really enjoy the bad gal bang mascara. Have repurchased. Sometimes qvc has sales on it. Aspyn Ovard has recommended it.

The Bad Gal Bang mascara is a good one but definitely not for everyone. I like a more natural look so it didn't work for me but my sister likes a bolder look and it looks amazing on her! So I think it's great for someone who wants volume and a bolder effect.
Have you ever tried a lash curler before applying mascara? I use then apply waterproof mascara. Mine come out longer and stay curled with my straight eyelashes

I’m 42. I just hit menopause. I went from an oily face, to an alligator face as far as skin goes. As well as hot flashes so bad i literally turned heat off last night, don’t got to 58 out in the house, it’s 27 outside. Basically being a woman is a real blast 🤗 I’ve had oily skin my entire life. Which helped with wrinkles or preventative. Now I’m wearing night cream as my day cream and may need to invent a night cream thick enough to do the job 🫢😉
The best thick cream for very dry skin is the original European Nivea crème!

I hated the Lancome liner and mascara. I had the black liner and I could never get it to work for both eyes!
I tried the tower 28 mascara...was so excited...worked amazing but I've had it less than a mth and it's so dried out. Totally disappointed
Same! I bought another tube thinking I got a dud and the same thing happened. So sad because I like the formula and the wand shape, but after like 2-3 weeks it’s clumpy and dry.

Try adding just a couple of eye drops into the mascara tube. After I do this I give the tube, lid back on, a really good roll back and forth between the palms of my hands and then it’s usually good to go again. But if I have accidentally put too many eye drops in then I pump the wand a few times just to get a little bit of air in. I have been doing this to squeeze a bit more life out of my mascaras for years.

I loved how it looked but I’m allergic to it :( I get watery itchy eyes with the tower 28 mascara. Same reason I can’t wear L’Oréal mascaras - I get the same reaction.
My Kohl’s Sephora has far less in stock. Disappointing. And you cannot return or exchange Sephora purchases there. Argh! Love you Jessica!!! ❤

I just love your earrings. I poked my lower lash waterline trying to push up on the inner corner of my top lashes with the L'oreal telescopic brush w/that design. Dangerous and not worth the "look" I'll add this to my no list endless search for a holy grail mascara.

I hate that Lacome eyeliner. I bought the blue one and was only able to get two uses out of it.
I had a sample of the Lancôme eyeliner and it was great. Bought it. Horrible. I swear they make the sample better than the full size.
