  • Bulgarian split squats with a barbell are my new KPI lift. According to one chart (based on my squat) I need to be able to squat 300. I have a lot of work to do! Thanks for sharing!

    • Thanks Muscular. If you’re needing to increase that squat also consider the dynamic effort box squats as it will improve RFD.

  • Thanks the Bulgarian squats look promising. I've been working single leg exercises and plyos.

    • Yeah, I think it’s important to hit those from both dumblells and also a barbell to change the center of gravity as well but that’s too much for a general youtube vid!

  • Hi Greg, just one question. Could I mix these exercices with my daily routine at the gym? If so, When would be the best time for doing them? Thank you for your videos and your support, highly appreciated

    @alezpiranessi@alezpiranessi3 жыл бұрын
    • I would say you can easily integrate these exercises into your routine, I would also say that 1-2x a week is fine. Do them the day after track or sprint work.

    • You know what’s funny, the dislikes help the algorithm of the video just as much as the thumbs up... 🤪 can’t please everyone, someone will dislike it!

  • Nice video but i think is too specific, can you do a vídeo talking about the planification of deep and heavy squats/deadlift/benchpress?? I think this isn't the base of the training, nice video!!

  • I feel really upset because I was number 1 in the Gold Cup Southwest region. When I raced at the finals I dropped down to second and lost the title. What can I do to get over that?

  • It looks like only the last half of the movement is fast. The first half of the box squat is slow. You would never win. You lost your explosive power.
