  • How do you AA 4 times deep in a tourney!? I get QQ once mid that carries me if lucky to a deep run, then get no cards… never fails…. Wtf? Id be good too if I had premiums all the way through a tourney

    • So, the board has 2 hearts on it. Lex called twice. Second king makes it less likely the other guy has a king. Also, he bet, bet, checked. Which makes it a lot less likely he does have a nutted hand. He COULD trap with a K or set and let Lex bluff on the river, true. But it's more likely he either had a flushdraw himself (wouldn't pay in that case) or that he has QQ, JJ, TT, or even ace high and might call it off because of the missed flush draw (that Lex could have and bet to win the pot, you know). Sure, he won't call flushdraws, sure, he could have a K or set (less likely since he checked the river), but there are a lot of hands in his range he would play exactly like that that Lex beats and that could call (since the flushdraw missed) That's what I'd say.
