glad to see the bird getting ready to send'er some more!
She’ll be back on the trails very soon!
This is by far my favorite channel to watch for jeep stuff! Been watching you for years keep it coming brotha!
That means a lot! I appreciate that!! Thanks for the support
My step dad once told me “If it has tits or wheels ….. it’s gonna give you problems”. He only said that once but I never forgot it 😅😂
Haha ya I’ve hear that one before and it’s true
You have me convinced that there is nothing you can't break! Baby it until you can upgrade your axles and for God's wash it! Looking forward to the next video.
Haha thanks man
Great video Monkey. Maybe now that the Big Bird is fixed you can sell that headache and build that Gladiator.
I’ve thought about it but I don’t think I’ll get enough to even get a winch for the gladiator with the money I would get for the TJ lol
If you had to replace gears and bearings anyways, why not swap the axle entirely? With how frequently you are breaking the rear end, there’s gotta be something wrong with the axle. Maybe a bent housing or debris in the housing that’s not getting flushed out. I swapped my D35 for a F8.8, running 35s and have had zero diff failures. Just some food for thought
Believe me all I want is to upgrade the axles but I don’t have any money to spend anymore after all the repairs. Once I’m out of debt I can start thinking of upgrading again lol
Love the carnage!
You are a patient man, I woulda drove it off a cliff! Love the vids keep them coming.
Don’t think I haven’t thought about it lol
You guys have a great Thanksgiving stay safe enjoy watching you work on your Jeep sorry it breaks down but that's the way it goes have fun Dan from Arkansas said that
Shannon from Arkansas says right on!😊
Thanks to both of you!!
Man I love Big Bird but I dunno.... She seems to have seen better days. I admire your determination at fixing her. Might be better to park and save for better axles over the winter. But you didn't ask. Do you. Great Video!
Haha thanks man, I really want some bigger axles soon, just have to start saving up lol
Big difference with the Limited slip
I hope so!!
Wish you could come to Hot Springs Arkansas we got some good trails down here but I know that's too far get you a good trailer and start pulling Big Bird behind you you got a nice truck that would do it
The gladiator would pull it fine but at that point I’d rather just use the new jeep and not bring the TJ. I plan to hit Utah sooner than later so who knows maybe one day we’ll hit some trails near you!
@@SmokinMonkeyOG ok if you guys ever decide to come I will help you all with gas money take care stay safe
Since you like sending it to the moon send it some one tons so it doesn’t break and cost triple the money. Kinda gotta expect that
I would if I had an extra 20 K laying around, but I have more like 10 K in debt from all the repairs
That play you had in the rear output shaft is that supposed to be zero play in that? I have some play in mine (Cherokee xj) and I have some vibration issues that I can’t locate, you think that could be it?
There shouldn’t be any play in that shaft. The transfer case I replaced it with felt solid
