Kangal vs Wolf Attacks | Wolves Attack Livestock Animals 2024

Wolves Attacks livestock animals happen often in this session. Lack of wild prey pushes this predator to target farmers.
It's hard to predict when will happen ne next Wolf attack.
Dogs, including livestock guardian dogs like kangal, are not safe from the wolf attack .
Wolves try to ambush kangal dog and make the kangal run after wolf with a plan to kill the dog .
After many attempts, kangal understood that he was playing with fire and decided to retreat.
A driver filmed everything and saved the day for this kangal who almost end to be wolves lunch .
Every farm animal is in threat when the wolves are hungry. It's not easy to predict , it's it's easy to prevent all the wolf attacks.

  • Ive been watching Kangal videos for 2 years now.They are a very stubborn breed and dont listen well.When theres many Kangals guarding many livestock then theyre always fighting each other.I still bought one 2 years ago.Awesome dog..

    • 1 male and 2 female kangals are ideal for protecting. If there is more than 2 or more males, they will fight often to choose alpha. Don't worry just let them be and they will protect the livestock with their instincts.

    • Todos saben que los perros kangal no necesitan a sus dueños para hacer su trabajo,por naturaleza, están activos toda la noche para combatir a los depredadores y no necesitan órdenes... Y si un kangal bes asesinado por los lobos, tendrían que ser por lo menos 3 o más lobos, porque en un 1 vs 1 kangal mata a cualquier lobo(para eso fue creado)

  • This is how experience appears, Kangal looks like an adult, but perhaps he is only half a year old, or maybe two years old, but most likely he sees wild wolves for the first time. I think he grew up with people, not sheep and a pack of dogs. A good LGD dog raised in a pack would behave differently. The wolf feels this too, and therefore tries to lure the inexperienced dog. The main thing is that the dog remained intact, next time he will have more experience. In any case, if there were one or two more experienced Kangals here, one wolf could turn into a corpse, or it could run away. At the same time, two wolves could have killed and eaten this dog if there had not been a person nearby. In life it happens both ways.

  • There was a case in Alberta, Canada where a farm was hit by a forest fire while the owners were out, the herd ran away and the lgd dogs were together (I don't remember if they were Great Pyrenees or Maremano Shepherds) and the herd and the dogs were left lost for several days in a region full of cougars, black bears, brown bears, wolves, coyotes, lynxes and when the owners found the sheep only one sheep had died (it died because it was old and sick)

  • On what basis do you say that the kangal cannot defeat the wolf? I'm from where these dogs actually breed. When we were 11 years old, we witnessed many times that kangals killed wolves in the morning and brought them home. We saw. Of course, a dog cannot defeat the pack, but a purebred Kangal alone can strangle a wolf in 5 minutes. The purebred Kangal is athletic and its jaw is in the same plane and length as the wolf. Back and chest muscles are quite developed. And he never gets tired. Since their weak point is their ears, they are cut off when they are young. And there is an instinctive tactic to fight the Wolf without anyone having to teach it. It lives in cold regions and does not like the heat at all. He gets tired in the heat. Apart from this, the dogs are purebred, not Kangal.

Много дураков, привязывают маленьких собак далеко от больших, отпускают со стадом неопытных собак которых волки заманивают и убивают, друг мой разводит волкодавов, его собаки всегда вместе атакуют и вместе работают в охране стада, как слаженная команда! У него был старый волкодав Медведь который в одиночку убивал любого Волка, эти крысы панически его боялись, даже когда он уже был пожилой и сидел на цепи около дома, волки боялись заходить в деревню, как только он умер, в эту же ночь пришли волки и порезали скот

    • @@sadikberk2311 wolves travel in packs year around ,it's just that winter is when they hit the hardest ,not a baby ,just because a dog is inexperienced ,does not make that dog a baby ,this one is not, may not be fully matured ,but at the same time not a puppy, a puppy is between new born to under a year, a dog at a year old isn't a mature dog ,but isn't a baby either , and I also know LGD dogs mature untill.3- 4 years old ,I own one ,and at a year old he was not a baby anymore ,nor did he act like one.

  • So much was happening in the first clip. The dog thought the wolf was afraid of him, got aggressive and started chasing. The wolves outsmarted the dog and led it into what they thought was a trap. The dog realized it was in a trap and started to panic. The humans were watching the whole thing, they had a car and guns and let this all happen just to train the dog. Humans really are overpowered compared to other animals.

    • Lobo mata todo dia para sobreviver. Um lobo relativamente pequeno mata um kangal adulto no x1, relativamente fácil. Eles são predadores assassinos, não cães de briga. Eles não trocam mordidinhas.

  • I know that they are brave, but ive seen fairly tough cattle dogs in wolf country. And it is shocking to me to see dogs exhibit that aggression towards wolves, usually dogs are quite fearful, when they hear wolves.

  • Wolves are smart to the point of avoiding confrontations they would win 1v1. But don't ever forget that a relatively small wolf can still kill your giantic guard dog. They are natural born killers, who does this everyday for survival. They don't got in to trade bite to bite.

    • You are absolutely right. That's what I don't like about kangals, that they leave the sheep and chase the wolves headlong for 5-8 km, while the sheep are left to the rest of the wolf pack, which chases them. That's why Caucasian shepherds, Alabai, Šarplaninac, Great Pyrenees ...are much better.
