  • How unfair it is that for 25 years, an entire world can openly mourn the loss of a woman they never met but her son is so brutally judged for finally coping with the trauma of losing his mother at 12 years old. He has a right to grieve; a right to share is own narrative.

    • Diana accepted Charles knowing he never loved her. He has always loved Camila but like Margaret was not allowed to marry a divorcee. Who knows if Harry is King Charles son. A DNA test has to be done because Harry looks like the security gurard Diana was having a affair with . The face and red hair look very much the same. Maybe that is why Harry is a whiner. He has no royal blood.

  • The mere fact that Harry is revealing his old life behind the scenes and expressing his feelings about his past does not mean that he's giving up his privacy; it means that he's taking control, deciding what he wants to share and how he wants to live his life. I don't think anyone was surprised by what was revealed.

    • What I picked up through the years about the royal family is that they are supposed to bury their feelings no matter what... "never complain, never explain". Dry your tears, put a smile on your face and show up to wherever. That all feels like enslavement to me. To the royal family, revealing what's really going on behind the mask is very threatening to the institution.

    • Exactly and he is still grieving. He will never stop grieving as a matter of fact. Harry has grown to realise that his mother was treated like crap by many members of his family. His wife was encountering the same treatment both in the family and the media. He left the family to protect his immediate family. Nothing is wrong with that. All the best to his wife and family.

    • @@kerilockwood7819 all pain is relative. Money and fame don’t buy happiness and it doesn’t magically make the trauma and grief any easier. That’s like saying when my mom’s father died my aunt should be happy she has a very comfortable life (she married into a rich family). She took it really hard and had to be hospitalized a year later when she finally asked for help. Meanwhile my mom who doesn’t have the same resources openly cried and grieved for a few months then kept moving forward. Obviously she was still sad but she wasn’t suicidal

    • @@user-lq9es6wm9s I totally get that. My point was simply he is not the only person to have tragically lost a parent at a young age and had to deal with it. Resources ALWAYS help. It’s funny how people who have them are so quick to deny this. It does not take away the pain, but having early intervention can go a long way in helping people deal with some of the trauma life dishes out to us all. I was 6 when my mother who had been ill my entire life died.

      @sunflower-oo1ff@sunflower-oo1ff3 жыл бұрын
    • Obviously? How obviously? Because Harry Hollywood says so? Why has William not backed that up then? At all? Maybe because it isn’t true? Actually, because BOTH have said so in the documentary about their mum, for one example, and the several years of therapy both underwent to help them cope with what happened but now the tune changes because there’s money to be made by dragging out an event only made more toxic by the lies now being put out. If William’s memories differ, and he’s the older one who would likely recall far more clearly, then one must question why the gullible are so quick to dismiss him when Diana was his mother, too. William was closest to her. That has been repeatedly said for years. He was like her mirror image shadow. This is his life and those are his memories as well yet they do not match! Very little research is needed to blast the lies. Diana was beloved and so much was written and shown from day one to months after she passed. People born after have very little to no concept of how utterly adored this beautiful woman was globally. No influencer or celebrity today comes even close. But it seems it’s far easier to just swallow the BS whole because of who it is feeding it. Mind boggling blindness. Harry is traumatised, absolutely. But one wonders how much of it is fact and how much what his own mind has done to himself. How much has he distorted within himself and is now passing off as fact because he has been confusing his own thoughts and memories, as children can sometimes do. What he is seeking to avoid is already happening. He is now being scrutinised exactly as his mum was so when it implodes, and it will, those pushing him will have made their money off him and will be nowhere to be found when he realises he was used, too. That is the tragedy unfolding.

He even mentioned his grandfather’s barbecues which Harry also talked about in the eulogy he wrote for his grandfather’s funeral and how much he “loved and admired “ his grandfather. Now, almost a month later he flips and talks about how he was “neglected” by everyone as child !!! Is he frikkin serious???? How you gonna flip the script from one month to the next ??? Both the boys talked about the good times they had as children Now , Harry turns around and says it was all bollox! 😖😖Something is seriously wrong with him! Either he is back on opioids or he had a lobotomy when he arrived in California because nothing of what he is saying now adds up ! Someone needs to call EMS and escort him to a padded room !!

He is taking advantage of his mothers popularity, and our vulnerability and Manipulating the public for control of the press and his own ego. That's a fact. He's always been this way, very spoilt and never punished and very spoilt , harry sees himself as above everyone, never even parked his own car or had to do laundry or go shopping in a regular store.. he doesn't even carry his own money, everything is bought for him - he said so himself. It's beyond privilege. He has no perspective or context .. so why would you take his manipulation at face value? . He wouldn't last a day in a middle class persons shoes let alone an impoverished person like me or most of us, who clean our own toilets and have to walk and catch transport and wear uncomfortable old shoes at times. And garden and feed our own pets, and we have to eat regular food instead of day- caught organic and slaughtered organic meat like harry got. Even his snacks were decorated and on a personal silver platter. He has never had to worry about anything That's also why he's so dull and sooo boring and uncreative. He's never developed a personality or talent. No wonder no one married him and he became desperate.. but to marry a horse face box body rat eyed, freckly skin , no muscles or shape no ass or waist, horrid Psychopath with no heart,no charisma or charm.. and no talent! No creativity and nothing appealing ..but triest so hard and had no challenges and she still fails- aka her name was Rachel Megan Markle/Meghan as you know her. She's very bland and very not sexy or appealing.. and high maintenance and nasty. She's just the worst combination of a human being.. yuck!! She's a total user and she's mean and controlling. Harry chose the worst potential mate for even the average person, let alone the options he had...he could have had a regular Pretty , kind woman and not a stalker actress who was preying on him for the titles and fame.. . There is an interview with the two sons who talk about the night Diana died. They were at Balmoral for the summer with the RF. Diana telephoned them but they both said thry wanted to go and play with their cousins so the telephone call was brief thinking they would see her in a few days. Then the tragic accident caused by a drunk driver well over the French alcohol limit Diana not wearing a seat belt according to Harry she was chased into that tunnel because she was with a non white person so the Paparazzi chased her to her death. Before racism that he and his wife accused the RF, the British press and the United Kingdom of he blam ed the paparazzi for her death. So was Diana chased to her death in Harry's words because she was with a non white person or was she chased to her death by the French paparazz

It seems from all I have read that William and his dad were really worried about Harry when Diana died. Who would tell a kid 12 to move on. Sometimes things are taken out of context and what was said was not meant as mean as the person thought. Like them saying what color the baby would be. I can't imagine someone walking up to Harry and Meghan and just blurting that out. Maybe that's why they didn't name the person because it could very well have been easily explained.

When someone decides they won't go along with the same old unhealthy thing anymore then they have to be mentally prepared for the backlash. Shaming, guilting, emotional and verbal abuse. You accuse people of rascism but you must go all the way and name these people if they exist. What is rascism? Not wanting to work, live or go to school with someone who is a different color, religion or nationality from you. Since none of these things exist for the RF who is the person and what is their rascism all about. It's not fair to accuse and then back off. How would the members of that family feel. I would imagine they would feel he accused an entire family unjustly. Another thing is his mother had 16 years of dealing with the press and never left her country or the people who loved her. They had 1 year and ran instead of staying and confronting this. I remember an interview he and his brother gave with their father sitting with them and it was very sweet and loving. He seemed to love his father and the relationship was good. Now he resents his father and complains he was cut off financially in the beginning of 2020. Well you gave up your Royal duties at that time. Are you saying he should just give you money. I guess so.

  • There are a lot of persons responding to this post who were told by someone to not rehash the past, leave it behind you, look ahead - that is the problem. Learning to shelve your feelings only keeps them hidden until the next traumatic thing happens. Anything from childhood, early adulthood that is unresolved will always be with you. Because someone appears content, does not mean that they are; they wear a mask in the day and with friends and with family and then one day they put a bullet through their head, jump from a bridge, or is found hanging from a tree. Then everyone says, he/she was happy, I saw no sign of distress. It is because many of us are brought up to not 'complain' - that is what it is called when someone tries to speak to you and you failed to listen because you programmed to see it as 'complaining'. Yet when the worse happens, suicide, drug addiction, alcoholism ... You appear to be shocked. If we cannot listen to another human being unshelving his pain so that he can lighten his load - if it offends you and causes you to feel anger, you too may have some unresolved trauma that you have shelved.

Btw the prince along with his genetically pain spreading family, was a part of a mental health movement called heads together, he has been told by his family to seek help. When he was acting the whole fool. So the content of his reveals is riddled with so much contradictions, its only logical to assume that his only mental problem, is the disdain he feels towards his family for cutting him off.

Haven't we heard this before from Harry, doesn't he not have access to treatment -and always has since 18 years, he was WILLING to take drugs and drink but not book a therapist until William said to try? I don't see Harry ever being cured/ getting better he is so bitter he can not hid it even when he tries in his interviews. Sad as Prince William shared the same faith but vowed it would not break him, same for me when my sister died. It takes a lot of soul searching and acceptance of their good and bad as well as your own. Harry can not do this, he is stuck mentally, cognitively as a 12 year old. We hear this clearly when he says my dad cut me off-1. your chose to be independent 2. You have millions in the bank so why mention being cut off 3. You have people queuing to trade with you simply because your royal so you do not have financial worries 4. Charles did support him to a point but either way-hands in your pocket! Prince William it is clear is all about protocol and following the way the RF would want a possible heir to speak and behave. Harry on the other hand is so much like his mom and as such is not about following the norms of British Royalty to the detriment of himself, his wife or his future children. If Prince Charles had an ounce of Harry's consideration I subscribe to you that Princess Diana would have been still alive today. And so although I don't blame the Queen for many of the atrocities of past monarchs, I fault her for all that when wrong with Charles and Diana. She should not have forced Charles to marry Princess Diana if he was in love with Camilla and she should have STRIPPED him of his title when she found out that he had cheated. You see, my mother was snatched away two weeks after I turned 12. I am an adult with a family of my own, I guess as the world views success, we may be viewed as " successful". My children are degreed professionals and I am also a professional. Yet always at the back of my mind are the " what ifs or maybe ifs". Christmas is a horrible time of year for me!! I regret that she didn't get the opportunity to meet my children. So much I wish I could share with her. We never got to go shoe shopping as women together. I hate certain flowers because the smell takes me right back to her funeral. My younger sister was 9, she has not independent memory of what our mother looked like. So much she doesn't remember. I have an older sister, and there are certain parts of that time that she cannot remember either. I have found that the brain shuts out certain traumas and their sequelae in order to allow us to cope. There was a time when we were certain that we would not survive to adulthood, so we do know gratitude! If only you knew our story, you would know why we can only have immense feelings of gratitude, but that occurrence, the depth of that loss, shook us to our very foundations and even so many decades after, we are still processing, but while we are processing, outwardly we appear to be doing extremely well.....Grief affects us all differently, please do not discount another person's journey. • @georgina I’m guessing that you didn’t have a couple billion people watching you grieve though, as well as tv cameras filming the event so that the images of you walking behind your mother’s coffin could be replayed for decades to come. Just because someone is rich and famous doesn’t mean that they don’t deserve empathy, especially someone like Harry who was born into this life, he did not choose it. He’s still a human being and personally, I wouldn’t take his life experience over my own for all his money (and I’ve been homeless and starving with a toddler and an infant). Personally, I think that everything he’s had to say over that last few months has been interesting and is powerful in that he has so much attention on him and what he says, whether he likes it or not, so I think it’s wonderful that he is being so vulnerable and trying to use his voice and his platform to help other people. If you don’t like what he has to say, you can always change the channel or watch a different video. It is possible to avoid even the most obnoxiously present famous people. I personally avoid watching or listening to anything with the Great and Terrible Orange all the time.

Surely he could have come to some semblance of acceptance and balance in the last two decades? There are thousands of people who have had trauma in their upbringing, yet make sure it hasn't been repeated in their own families. They have not seen the need to publicly trash their family or move to another country to 'break' the cycle. He has had too much therapy and is being convinced of things that never happened.

It was KP that outed where Harry & Meghan were in Canada and this was done AFTER they were aware that they didn't have protection!! No one knew where they were until KP put it out there and then the paps started swarming. I do believe that it was KPs and the RF's wish that Meghan meet a similar fate as Diana. Its obvious because any one with an ounce of common sense could see where the vicious stories to slander her were coming from. They are still shielding Andrew, but they just let the horrible stories about Harry and Meghan dominate the rags. He has the right to speak about his experience but I don't think he is genuinely happy in his actual life. He has not the serenity of someone who would. I still have faith that he will eventually sort things out but I don’t know when. I find it extremely sad that they both flew away from his family and that little Archie will not grow up with his great grandmother, the Queen. His grandfather and his cousins. That was a poisonous move they have made probably to punish the royals but they are not only punishing his family. I am thinking of Archie. I understand that they can fonction by themselves and want to leave the RF but in doing so they made much damage that they cannot evaluate the scale at the present. I think his wife has manipulated him into reawakening his old wounds. He seems more stressed since he is with her than years before they met. She is a borderline troubled type, a drama Queen in my opinion. Sad, really.
