Impala's revenge attack on baboons 黑斑羚复仇记(Amboseli National Park-Africa)

The sad mother impala is seeking after justice with her own hand after baboons killed one of her children. The killing part was not recorded. But from her action, you can imagine about her broken heart and determination of revenge.

  • This is incredible behaviour. You can even see her trying to tell her young impala to stay back in the beginning, so it's as if she's planning her revenge. And then she goes straight for the baboon baby. I'm not an expert, but this video should be examined by one.

    • @@speedgodchiller exactly how are those things anyone's, "grand parents?" Evolution, right? So then why did some evolve into humans and others just didn't? Like, did they just decide one day. "Hey, I like having lice-riddled fur, a bent tail and walking on all fours, fuck evolution!" It's because they are NOT the distant relatives of humans, but if YOU feel some relation to them then who am I to argue? You know that baboons follow elephants and other large animals to eat their shit? Yeah - it's the undigested seeds and stuff that pass through, so instead of just eating those same seeds from the same plants, they rather eat them from another animals excrement. Enjoy that little factoid about baboons, maybe rethink the argument about their relation to humans.

  • I am sure it makes you feel better to assume that animals don't have emotions...but you would be going against the current state of thought on animal behavior. Emotions are actually found in pretty low levels of animal life....getting "sad" is well within the nature of most animals.

  • It isn't uncommon for the prey to try and kill the baby predators, they at least understand that when that baby grows up it will hunt them. It is quite common for normally peaceful animals to take a swing at the babies if a chance arises.

  • 1. This is not a science literature. Its a reality recording of animal life. The owner has right to "interpret" the content. 2. Science has not concluded the relationship between behaviour and emotion. There are many proofs that animals have emotion. A german shepherd found his previous owner's cemetary and stayed there for last 6 years. The instinct lasting that long is hard to believe. 3. If you are educated, your f-words reflect opposite. Show some maturity and educated manner. Would you?

  • Retribution is an important part of Life. Here at it's most primitive. Human beings in their complexity do at times perform poorly in retribution, some human's invent scenarios and others elude to delusions. Society unfortunately fails many of it's citizens in regard to retribution which is seen in both the victims and the wrongly accused.

    @CentreDivide@CentreDivide11 жыл бұрын
  • You DO know theres a reply button right? If they were only meant for food, than why is there so much more of prey than there is predators. When the prey eats, they prevent all plant life from over crowding earth, and then the predators come in from preventing the prey to become too plentiful. That alone should answer that question. If the prey items were able to keep their population stable themselves, there wouldn't be any predators. Don't be ignorant.
