  • A little tip my mom told me with like gummy vitamins and stuff is if it says to take 2 gummies a day, take one in the morning and one at night because your body can’t use all of the vitamins and minerals at once. Just to maximize your important vitamins!! ☺️☺️

  • Basically the same routine we have right now but my daughter is three weeks. But I usually start my day at 11:30 after the 8:30 am feed. I don’t really willingly try to put her down for a nap she usually just falls asleep whenever I hold her so it works out. But my husband goes back to work Monday and then it’s all on me😳😳😳🥴
