    • It's because you don't have the eyes to see everything that's going on in the ring in real time. No knock to you it takes years and watching hundreds of fights to develop but Chavez wasn't taking as much punishment as you originally thought. A lot of those shots, Chavez is catching on his gloves (he was one of the best at this) or he was slipping the shots. People don't like to give Chavez credit for his defense but he actually has some of the best defense in boxing history but he used it to pressure his opponents instead of running away.

    • If it weren’t for his parents protecting him from the consequences of his actions, he’d be dead, crippled or in prison. They not only shielded Charlie from the consequences of his actions but facilitated & support his delusional thinking:behaviour. They would drive him to the gym or pay for his Uber knowing full well what he was doing and then rescued him on several occasions when he was about to get the crap beat out of him. They’d bail him out of jail, because they feared for his safety, but then supported him & his ability to continue assaulting people. They could have easily got him committed for a psychiatric evaluation, but didn’t: Once his parents are no longer able to bail him out and support him, Charlie will finally experience the consequences for his actions, most likely homeless, in jail &/or a mental institution.

It was ultimately sad, and they appeared to come to a sad ending.Hopefully they will get the help that they need, without causing harm to themselves or anyone else.
