Skin, hair and dental products to have on hand on my trip next week. Need to select them and pack them. 🙂
As we're travelling by car, there are no volume limitations. Phew.
I can't believe the gigantic toiletry bag I bought was only just big enough to hold everything. Luckily, I hardly use make-up so those items won't take up much space. A small pouch for eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil and blush powder will do.
Is it just me or do you also find yourself taking more stuff with you, the older you get? 🤷♀️
As far as ASMR triggers are concerned, you'll hear:
- rummaging sounds
- plastic crinkle sounds (heavy and thin plastic)
- lids being opened and closed
- some paper crinkle sounds
I hope some of those triggers will have a pleasant & relaxing effect on you.

This was perfect! I was turning to goo when you were crinkling the travel bag. What a great sound! I don't travel much anymore but when I was in my 30's, I took half my closet. It's nice to put on a suit and tie and other nice clothes and go to a nice restaurant for dinner. Have a lovely trip, safe travels Kat! 💜

The perfume blew my mind!
🙂 Thanks for your comment. Those little perfume decants always come in handy, although some of them aren't leak proof and the perfume evaporates within a couple of months so you have to use it up quickly. Other than that they're 👌.
That was a great trick with the perfume. I haven't seen that done before, transferring it into a travel bottle - great idea! The Britney perfumes are so nice, and I like the Rhianna ones too 🌸🌼 Your travel bag looks nice and neat and ready to go! Happy and safe travels .. Thanks, Patrice! ❤ Aren't those refillable travel sprays clever little things? Some cost just a couple of euros but it's a hit or miss where leakproofness is concerned. So far, two of them have leaked into my handbag. Never did I hear so many people around me start coughing in the checkout lane. 😀

Hey Kat! 🤗 Sometimes it's nice to have a change from paper sounds and this video fits the bill nicely. Super relaxing yet also quite interesting (the perfume trick is really smart) 🙂. You're really good at packing, btw. So you're going to southern France? I've only seen it in photos, but it looks like a beautiful area. Coincidentally, I read a very interesting article last week about an archaeological site called Cap Blanc, which is apparently near the town of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac. In a cave there in 1911, a worker discovered a completely intact skeleton of a woman that was later revealed to be about 15,000 years old. They named her Magdalenian Woman (because she lived during the Magdalenian Era) and recently scientists completed a facial reconstruction of what she may have looked like. Amazing, don't you think? Anyway, I wish you a safe and wonderfully memorable adventure. Take care! ❤

This is a packing toiletries in a crinkly plastic kit video. It’s perfect for that subject. Nobody packs makeup & things in newsprint. But as another different subject, sure!
