We are doing warm tent winter camping in deep snow with my dog Mars. I felt the cold in my bones in this camp. Never or wanted a dog but if I did I would want a German shepherd, because they are intelligent, guard dog and what a loving dog that are. For me these camping videos his all about the dog . And from watching these videos I do love seeing these dogs

- sometimes you have to get out/ be uncomfortable to appreciate what you have at home. Or to get away from whatever's at home. There's also a great impulse to be in the wilderness, especially during a snowstorm, that some people feel. @@mickyrive

Think I would have more firewood close to hand & in the tent, thats that in the tent looks damp wood. But its good to see genuine camping out in not very good conditions.

You and your dog to very brave and I admire your dog his loyalty keeping his eyes on you continually. My concern is you never prayise him or pet him.Or shall any affections or so that he curls up and sleeps in the tent on dry land off the snow. Put a tarp down as a floor. Use wìsdon and love to your dog.
