    • And the way she tried to brush off the Xanax abuse? "Ohh pshhh...that was ages ago." How long? "Uhhh probably about...five days." Meth probably had her so wired that she needed to abuse Xanax just to be able to sleep. I wouldn't be surprised if she passed out at the wheel and the seven year old was out of her seat belt trying to wake her mom. It's amazing and sad how responsible and mature kids can become when they live with a useless parent/parents. It usually comes with a heap of trauma and ptsd later in life. I hope her five yr old goes on to live a full and happy life. Hell, I hope all of these poor kids do...the ones that can anyway.

  • Okay you guys did NOT give the proper backstory one that second case. The reason she killed him was because he was heavily abusive to hereself, the kids, and his wife and had reportedly even sexually assulted his wife possibly even multiple times. You can argue that that isnt a good reason to kill a person but absolutely do not leave out the details of the case. In her mind she was saving herself and her family and that needs to be concidered when you look at her case, she truly belived that she did the right thing by killing that man because he was genuinely endagering the lives of the kids.

Hopefully her surviving child will be placed with a far more suitable guardian, safe from Chastity’s addiction. Edited to add: I find it strange that some people in the comments - *@GlitterandSkullz* - are defending her, believing her story that her daughters were actually arguing (without any corroborating evidence from a witness who wasn’t under the influence of drugs and has every reason to lie and make up an excuse to try and escape charges for killing her child) and that the crash was their fault. Like, the drugs had nothing to do with it! Very sad and disturbing.

She’s saying if her daughters hadn’t have been arguing, she wouldn’t have been distracted and crashed the car, killing her child. How is that *not* blaming them? Being off her face on drugs is the real reason she crashed, or are you advocating that driving under the influence of narcotics has absolutely no impact on your own ability to drive? And are you *really* taking the word of this negligent "mother" and believing her claim that the girls were even actually arguing? How can you be defending this woman? Smh.

  • like Cynthya my grandfather moved is with his son, a man he had given anything and everything to when he was growing up, yet he treated him as Cynthya if he had to smoke go outside, he was abused by his own grandchildren when he could no longer take care himself, he was push out the door to smoke where he fell and then thrown into a neglectful nursing home where he died, i have a picture of him lying in a bed left side of his body as black and blue as if he had been spray painted! if i had been there instead of 2000 miles away i would've stopped them in their tracks, its sad when family has no regards for loved ones, its more like ok they cant take care themselves its time to strip them of their dignity and self-worth, my grandfather died alone, and my thoughts are, that his son dies the same way who's in his 70s today! anyone who rips away dignity doesn't deserve to walk in society lifting themselves above other,

She was just fine with him abusing Jordan. She doesn’t need to be in contact with any of her kids ever again. They’re better off without her and their dad.

"He was more than just a son-in-law, he was a husband, and father, and now a family was left in turmoil." He was not a husband or a father. He was an abuser. Where are all those kind words for the other people who died, like those little kids?
