Basham is an absolute legend, not an ounce of ego about him, as humble as they come. Every Sheffield United fan will list him as one of their favourite ever players.
A true Sheffield United legend, really hope he makes it back on the park.
Wish him all the best. 36 as well and have an ankle injury I developed that apparently can never be fixed so I feel his pain a bit. Great player, nice guy, and best of luck to him, hope he returns.
Bashambauer has been a truly great player for the Blades.Always gave 100% and a heart as big as his engine.Would love to see him pull on a Blades shirt and play a part in our upcoming Championship campaign.
Fulham all round was fantastic that day with Bash. Have a lot of respect for the club from a blade. ⚔️👍

Chris 🥊🐷 Top lad been a great player
🚂🚂🚂🚂 what a legend thanks for everything bash
I was devastated that day Chris. It will have been a long journey pal from that day to when you next pull on the Blades shirt. Keep the faith it will happen. You're engine was and never will be in doubt and you'll have the cardio. always one of the fittest Blades ever. Little tip from experts not in the "mainstream".....make sure your Vit D levels are above optimum, get your levels up and take with Vit K2 and Magnesium. Vit D and K2 help calcium get to and strengthen the bones. Magnesium helps Vit D do its multitude of jobs around the body. More often than not the area repaired in a break is stronger than it was before. The difficulty comes with the psychological and strength rebuilding aspects. Focus on strength which will help you overcome the psychological factors involved with getting back from such injuries and getting out there on the pitch again, with strength will come the confidence, belief and knowing you will need, knowing the ankle is secure and stronger than before......and we'll see you in the Championship next year helping us challenge for promotion again...........and it will be Bashambaur is arriving once more!!!!!! Love you to bits lad. All time great of the Lane......all though born in the north east, very much one of our own!!!!! UTB
❤ 🚂
